We had a factory defect with the linear drain in the shower that was corrected immediately. They contacted the factory rep and he was on site that day. We also had a difference of opinion about the grout to apply but after a brief discussion we were allowed to make the change to an acrylic grout. The whole job went through the inspection process and I recommend this for every project you do.
Description of Work: We did a complete master bath remodel. Parker tile and stone installed a wedi curb-less shower and floor system. The complete system also included a heated floor, glass tile and ceramic tile with may intricate details.

Shon originally came to our home to give us a bid in July of 2010. It wasn't until Sept of 2011 that we were ready to move ahead with the project. My wife has severe chemical sensitivity and mold allergies which complicate many situations in our home. There was a lot of discussion of possible products for completing the project before decisions were made. Shon was very helpful by providing us with manufacturer information on the products chosen. Additionally, he brought samples of the Ditra barrier material, QuartzLock2 grout, and thin set so my wife could determine whether she had any sensitivity/ allergy issues. Shon was very patient with us and very good at explaining each product and the process he would use to install. Overall, a job completed in a timely manner and in a professional style.
Description of Work: Parker Tile installed a vapor barrier product on our bare concrete floor, and then layed approximately 100 sf of 12X12 ceramic floor tile over it. A urethane grout was used to provide a low maintenance end product. The project was completed over the course of 3 days. The installer was punctual each morning, kept the work area clean and organized, and cleaned up before going home for the day.
He did a great job. The work involved two bathrooms. The job started in the second week in December, and he just finished up a couple of weeks ago. It is kind of hard to say how much we spent because he acted as the general contractor. He gave a complete bid including the electrical, plumbing and tile installation, and the total on it was about $17,500 for everything. I did all the gutting myself, so it did not include demolition. I used him for a fiberglass shower, linoleum on the floor and tile counter tops, so all that was gutted out in the master. I left the original vanity cabinets - nothing was moved at all. It was basically replaced with tile in the shower, new fixtures and new toilet. Also, in the common bathroom upstairs, I left the tub and vanity cabinets in place. Everything else was done including floors, counter tops, toilet and fixtures. He was very responsive. He checked in every day and made sure that all the subcontractors were there when they were supposed to be. Overall, the quality of work was very good. Probably, the only negative thing about him is he is so popular that he is very busy. He is booked way ahead of time, so it is kind of hard to get a time booked with him. I have them slated to do a kitchen counter top in the future.
Description of Work: We used Parker Tile and Stone as a general contractor for our bathroom remodeling work.
