I called and left message on their answering machine. Got a call back within a half hour. An appointment was scheduled for the next day. Arrived right on time. Very friendly. The special "leak proof" nails supplied with the strips I had purchased were too short to work on our roof. The roofer supplied better nails with the job (over 1000 of them!) and just traded them for my other ones that he could use somewhere else. Job was done within just a few hours, and done very well. I felt the price was quite resonable. I would gladly use them again.

Excellent! I called almost a score of roofers starting 10 months ago. I live a fair ways out in the country so I expected there would be some difficulty in finding a contractor but did not imagine it would be such a frustrating experience. Allan was the only one who called back, did not cancel an estimation appointment, and though he had a backlog of jobs and I had to wait 6 months, he did the work when he said he would and did a neat and professional job.

ALLAN WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND THOROUGH. HE PERFORMED ON TIME AND AS PER HIS ESTIMATE, RECOMMENDING OPTIONS AS HE WENT WITH NO PRESSURE OF ANY KIND. A NEIGHBOR, WHO IS A PROFESSIONAL HOME INSPECTOR, OBSERVED HIS WORK AND COMMENTED TO ME WHAT AN EXCELLENT JOB ALLAN WAS DOING.
