I hired Josh to do a full resurface on my bi-level deck, including water protection for the joists. It was quite an expensive job, he was not the low bidder by about 20 K. But his expertise convinced me that he was worth the extra money. I went with the deluxe material to protect my deck. And it was tongue and grooved. I also hired him to install a chain-link fence around part of my property. I would definitely hire him again for any other project he could handle.

Josh and his crew were so helpful when our deck was hit by a vehicle. Josh responded very quickly, was prompt and was helpful, while we dealt with the driver's insurance. We faced a couple setbacks, so the deck took longer then expected, but the crew made sure everything was safe and secure!! Trust for me is a hard thing to earn, but he and his crew have earned mine! I would recommend them! They are a great company!!

Josh talks a good game but falls short on delivery. Hired to replace deck, paid $18,280, He made me a lot of empty promises, no show and late start date. As of this week he is not returning my text or call to complete job. Josh requires payments before each phase of the project, mistake I have paid him in full and he has not completed work.

Josh went beyond the call of duty. We had some water damage on the side of the house so he spent one day just fixing that. The work he did was good and completed on time.

Josh and his crew do good quality work. They even went the extra mile of moving my heavy BBQ grill off the old deck and back onto the new deck. I highly recommend them for work of this type.

My 1908 home really needed the porch to be replaced and repaired. Josh came out and did a written bid showing exactly what they would do. He gave me a timeline for the work and followed it. Mark came out to our house several times and made sure what our options were and what we were getting. We received a lot of care and attention for a project other contractors would consider small fry - a small, basic cedar porch. The final price closely matched the estimate. It cost us quite a bit, and we didn't have a good variety of bids, but we think we did OK. Mark has an understanding of the business coupled with a personal touch that put us at ease. It was very valuable in an industry where labor skill is often valued over communication skills. But Mark, get yourself a real drafting program!

I had a footing for a column on my porch that was settling the column had separated from the roof and was a structural issue as well as an unsightly problem. Josh came over the same day that I contacted Artisan Results Corp, and gave me an estimate. He and another person from his crew came over the next day to fix the issue. The new footing looks much better, and the column is back in place. The price seemed very fair to me, and the time it took from first contact to job done was amazing. We will be contacting Artisan Results Corp for our next project.
