John is the owner, and he is very knowledgeable. They are very professional and I am always pleased with the results. They have good follow up and always take care of any problems.

Very bad, NW Central Plumbing was to purchase a new tub for me, but didn't and caused the project to last an extra month longer, plus they didn't clean up after their work and created billing problems with wanting to collect money when the project was not completed. Very poor feedback from owner concerning problems. Was going to charge me an extra $2,000 more for an identical soaking tub that I found the identical at Lowes.
