On the positive side, they are a small business & Troy does outstanding, quality work. We are very happy with the appearance of the final work. We are very happy that owner Will Noble would work with us to get the final product. On the negative, a long story (Feb-Dec 07) Some highlights. Melissa started off enthusiastic, but on three occasions failed to follow up for over two weeks at a time. One instance for a death, but the other two lapses were problematic, I thought they had gone out of business each time and finally drove to the shop in Hillsboro. There were a number of no shows for installation. Parts of the project repeatedly were forgotten (the pantry). Finally working directly with owner Mr Noble, the project was finished, but met our our needs. I was very glad they used my supplier for much of the wood, because I don't believe that M understands wood very well. Caveat emptor - be specific and get it in writing, but they can do it.

Melissa of NCC is an absolute gem and a pleasure to work with. There were a lot of details that needed to be worked out, and she handled everything with the utmost patience and professionalism. Moreover, this particular project was to be a secret surprise for my husband who went out of town for 6 days. NCC rose to the challenge of meeting a tight deadline and, in fact, were early on the installation. The work is of very high quality and all of the tradespeople were exceptionally professional, clean and courteous. I think the price is very fair for the work. I highly recommend this company, and, in fact, they will be building our cabinets for our kitchen next month! I look forward to giving them another happy report then.

The project was completed on time, on budget, and with incredibly high quality. Would recommend their design and manufacturing of custom cabinetry anytime!
