I hired Brandon to remodel my master bathroom. He was rude, disrespectful, and DID NOT COMPLETE THE JOB. I overheard his conversation with the plumber and was shocked at his words. There is a large area of unfinished wall to this day!! Nails were poking out of my bedroom wall! The paint on the ceiling is patchy and splattered. The contractor was very tall and built a closet shelf (and put a rod) way out of reach, I am 5 foot 4inch. He neglected to put a pan under the tub so there was a leak through to the garage!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN!

We had architectural drawings to transform our bedroom and hallway bathroom to a master bedroom with en-suite when requesting bids for our remodel. We went with Nikao Construction as the estimate Brandon provided was the most detailed and specific. We appreciated the transparency with Brandon's estimate as it showed his understanding of the overall job and level of effort. He also provided estimated start/finish dates in his bid, which the other contractor estimates did not have. Once work started, Brandon was able to decipher flaws in the plans and provide appropriate solutions along the way. For example, he noticed the footprint of the shower was too narrow and provided a solution during the framing phase of the project to accommodate a slightly larger shower with additional shower niche which worked out nicely. Brandon and his team were easy to work with and delivered on time. We had electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits pulled for our job. The city inspectors commented on how quickly the job was completed; i.e. turnaround for final inspections happened within one month! Brandon started our remodel prior to the pandemic, but still delivered on time. We really appreciated his professionalism and open, honest communication. Thank you for helping us transform our home!

Highly recommend Nikao Construction. Brandon and team took our kitchen down to the studs and rebuilt it entirely. Brandon has a tremendous work ethic, is available anytime day or night, is honest, reliable, responsible, and takes pride in his work. All of his subs were friendly, respectful, and experienced in their trade. A kitchen remodel can be a stressful event but Brandon kept us on track throughout the process, and now we have the kitchen of our dreams.

We used Nikao Construction to renovate our kitchen, two full bathrooms, and a powder room. We did new lighting, electrical work, new carpet and paint as well. We are very happy with Brandon s work and the work of his subs. We were able to finish all of our projects right on schedule, and everything turned out beautifully. What we appreciated most was how much Brandon cared about our projects and his follow through. It goes without saying that home renovations and construction projects are stressful, and it is immensely helpful to work with someone like Brandon who genuinely cares about doing a good job for his clients and making them happy. There were some hiccups along the way, but each problem was dealt with quickly and professionally. We will not hesitate to hire Nikao Construction again for future projects.

I cannot recommend Nikao more. Fantastic work, and our two bathroom remodels turned out better than we could have hoped. Brandon was VERY attentive to our project and our needs. He was never too busy, and quick to communicate. He wasn't just trying to get the job done and onto the next one either. He frequently checked to make sure that we were happy with the direction of things, and took the time to make sure it was done right, and the way we wanted. All of the subs he used were fantastic as well. VERY professional and knowledgeable. It was great to work with someone we could put our complete confidence in.

We are exceptionally pleased with the final outcome of our kitchen remodel. The General Contractor is very personable and easy to work with. He has excellent sub s who do fine quality work and are courteous, hard working and show up when expected. The final walkthrough was easy with no stress and payment details where fair and painless! You will be VERY pleased with the results of your project or Nikao will make it right!

As usual, difficulties arose in the process. Brandon worked through and solved all of them. We are very pleased with the results.

Brandon was friendly, honest, and easy to communicate with. When he said it was going to be done it got done! The best contractor around in my opinion!
