We hired Nikao Construction this past summer for our Kitchen remodel. The kitchen remodel was a fantastic success. Brandon listened to our needs and delivered a beautiful, functional space on time and within budget. The quality of materials and workmanship is exceptional, with great attention to detail. We had Nikao do a facelift in our kitchen, adding a new pantry, expanding space for a larger range and adding a hood as well as a new backsplash. For our primary bathroom, they completely redid it, including fashioning new walk in closets, a huge walk in shower and free standing tub. Everything from A to Z was handled, done efficiently and on budget! They did such great work they also assisted us with some remodeling at my commercial building/office. Great, reliable and trustworthy business!

Brandon and his team did a great job. Most importantly all of the work that he did in our new home was started and completed while we were living 3000 miles away. Their work was flawless and the attention to detail was very impressive. Whenever there was an option to consider Brandon made sure to contact me to explain the choices. Nikao Construction; Brandon and his crew did three projects in our new home simultaneously. They are the most detailed oriented contractor that we have ever worked with. All of the work was done while we were in New York before our move to Portland. Brandon communicated with us on a regular basis with phone calls, texts and photos of the work in progress. Kitchen remodel. Brandon from Nikao was great. He was available when needed. He stayed within budget. He had a super suggestion that we took him on that opened up our tiny kitchen. I would rehire him again for our next project.

Brandon and his crew do excellent work. From the first interactions with Brandon we knew he would be our contractor. He provided ideas and design details that we hadn’t thought about. He also provided a master bath design along with a detailed quote for all the work we wanted to have done which was almost a full home remodel. He and his entire crew are great to work with. When he hired subs he made sure their work was up to his standards. He finished our job on time and at a competitive cost. I highly recommend him and would gladly use his company again.
