McInnis Construction and Custom Carpentry is a recent change; we have plans for business expansion in the near future. After developing carpentry skills for years, we will be branching out into producing custom carpentry projects. Some projects include shutters, floating shelves, mudroom/entryway benches, fireplaces, and adding stone tile to the exterior of the home. Stay tuned for examples in our photo gallery, and please contact us if you are interested in a custom-made product for your home.
McInnis Construction, LLC was started by Nolan Deloff in 2013. It is currently run by himself and his fiance Nichole. We grew up in Hillsboro and still live near where Nolan went to Hillsboro High School. Nolan went to college on a baseball scholarship in California & ultimately graduated from Portland State University with a Batchelors Degree. Needing to work, Nolan took a position installing wood & tile flooring. After learning the trade & discovering a talent for it, he started McInnis Construction, LLC in 2013. The company is named for his grandfather, whom Nolan was especially close to growing up.
