+ -1 moreUnfortunately, Lannie's unprofessional demeanor reflects on the original service because they referred her to me. Lannie used to come with the original service. Now I am her client and she comes alone. Being left in the lurch for housekeeping you have come to expect on a regular basis, is quite inconvenient and unpleasant. The fact she won't return any calls just adds fuel to the fire. I have always been nice to her, even when she broke a wine glass last time (I told her it was okay, no big deal). This is an example of flagrant discourtesy and is extremely unprofessional.
Description of Work: I hired a service to clean my condominium from October 2006 to June, 2007. They came every two weeks. Later, they referred me to Lannie Davido when they had to scale down for personal reasons. Lannie has cleaned my condominium for about a month and a half. Her work was satisfactory, and she was nice to deal with. However, I am writing this because she is a no show today, and has not responded to calls (three) asking her when and if she is coming. She had been cleaning my place every two weeks since June.
