I currently have myself and 3 steady long term guys.We always show up on time and complete jobs on schedule easy to work with and do good work.I do not use subcontractors for jobs we do what we bid.my ccb # is 148898 I am insured and bonded and do have workers comp on the workers.

It went very well - except for the first morning, they were right on time. They removed all the stucco and the the wire it was mounted on. They removed nails that were out. They also had extensive clean up to do and did a complete and thorough job of it. When Steve came to bid the job, I received an estimate from him very promptly. Also, when I accepted their bid, they were able to start the work right away.
Description of Work: The stucco on my older home was failing so Kost Construction came and removed the stucco. It was a very labor intensive and messy job. Several men came and worked very hard for the three days it took. They did a great job and left the surface ready for new siding. They were also meticulous in the clean up, even bringing in large vacuums to clean up outside my home. I am very pleased with the work they did.
