+ -1 moreThe price was as advertised I had 6 quotes and they had the best price with a 10 year product warranty and 1 year labor. It took 2 visits to install as they had no spare parts.

+ -1 moreJason was the tech that came to our home. He was on time and very efficient and completed the job quickly. However he did not make sure that the furnace was operating correctly before he left. We awoke the next morning to a cold house and the furnace would not come on. We called Kirk's that morning and were told that it was probably just a fan switch that was not on and we could fix it ourselves. He said he could not send anyone out to look at it again until a week later. He said they had a big job and could not spare anyone to come by and look at our furnace. Fortunately my husband does know a little about furnaces and was able to determine that one of the clips that hold the front panel in place was broken and the fan switch would not work without replacing the broken clip. If he had not known how to do this we would have been without heat for over a week. Not good customer service in my opinion.
Description of Work: Did some cleaning of the heating system. Sealed small gas leak in the line. Cleaned A/C unit and replaced the start capacitor.

+ -1 moreJason did an outstanding job cleaning our 16 vents, which had not been cleaned for 30 yrs. One could not tell he was even here (no mess/dust). He was very professional & helpful when checking out our furnace. We would highly recommend Kirk's Heating & Cooling, especially Jason!
