Very quick. Same day service. Window of arrival 12-2 p.m. and arrived about 12:30. Service took less than 30 minutes. Very courteous and helpful. Unrelated to my problem, he explained how to adjust door in the future if needed. Would definitely use again in the future. (Though I hope I don't have to.) No qualms about giving out a referral.

This is the second time we have used John's Custom Garage Doors. The first time they fixed our opener and after 20 years, they replaced it. They were the original installers for the folks that previously owned our home, too. I only had to call, tell them generally what I wanted and they purchased it and installed it. It it perfect. Quiet and with the newest technology at a great price. Highly recommend!

Rod arrived on time and quickly got to work replacing the broken spring. Adjusted the opener. He answered all my questions regarding a future replacement of the doors.

Jay arrived when scheduled and walked through the processes of what he would do. Everything went well, he was professional and nice to work with. The garage door was replaced, and all the hardware and springs changed out as well. They hauled the old stuff away. The work area was left clean. We are very happy with the work and would recommend them to other people.

Jay was very nice. He offered an alternate solution for my situation to help for when my house gets painted. I chose to have him complete the job as he knows what he is doing and the painter may not. It was nice to have an option, however. John's Custom Garage Door was responsive and prompt in both giving an on-site estimate as well as completing the job when called a few months later. I appreciated the on-site estimate, though I know it adds to their day, because I feel that it is a more accurate estimate and I get to personally explain our door situation to the representative leaving me the satisfaction of good communication. I also appreciated the Angie's list coupon I was able to apply. It helped me get the job done.

In a giant thud, we heard the sound of our garage door spring breaking. John's Custom Garage Door service replaced both spring quickly, and also oiled all of the joints of the door, so the door now opens and closes much more quietly.

I called John's when a spring broke on my garage door. The offered to come out within an hour of my call; however, I was at work and not able to get home. They came out the following workday and made the repair. I was very pleased with their responsiveness and integrity. (They performed the work while I was not home.) I gave them a "B" for price because John's was the only company I called and I didn't have any price comparisons. I recommend John's Custom Garage Doors.

I called early Monday morning (the spring broke on Saturday) and they said they'd be here within a two-hour window. Arrived about halfway through that window of time and quickly replaced both the broken spring and it's partner, which probably would have broken soon as well. Very quickly done and we can now use the garage again. Whew!
