Jake was great to work with and his crew is professional and courteous.

It's $175 per month. Whenever I call them if we need extra work doing, they're really punctual and they'll usually get it done the following week. Quite often they don't charge extra either but it will be included in the amount that we pay per month.

He was very professional and super nice. He said he would send a bid soon. He sent it that night and it was very detailed. He was the first one we talked with and we ended up choosing another service just because they come out every week in the winter and had a cheaper price. If we end up not liking that new company I will certainly call Jake to take over.

We needed someone to cut our lawn while we were away on vacation. Jake and his partner do property in our neighbor so we knew the quality of his work. He sent us a quote on the same day we spoke to him. Decided to use his services the whole month of August and September.Jake and his partner did a great job and our neighbors even mentioned this to us. Plan to use him again next year when we start our travels again. Would highly recommend Jake to anyone.

We needed help getting our messy yard ready before we put our house on the market. Jake was quick to come out and give us a detailed quote. Honestly, it was a tad higher than another that we got, but more well presented so we went with him. I'm glad we did. He and his crew showed up on time and got the work done quickly- weed removal, pruning, bark dust, mowing, etc. The yard looked fabulous in much less time than it would have taken us to get it done. They were all very professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend them and will most likely use again.

We received an estimate for spring/summer clean up on our yard by Jake. He was responsive to our request, but his quote was way more than we were prepared to spend.

They have just started. They've been here one time this last Friday and so far they did great. They showed up on time when they told me they would and they completed all the services that they said they would.

I am having a very difficult time finding someone to repair/replace my lawn. I sent Jake an email which he promptly replied that he would call me the following day, which he did. He very kindly listened to me explain how he was the fifth person I had contacted and I was not having a very easy time of all this. When I explained to him what exactly I needed, he very nicely explained that he was unable to offer the service I need. Then, he gave me a very good recommendation and phone number of a person that could help me. I appreciate his professionalism and kindness. I would definitely hire Jake for my yard maintenance.

I had him out here and he did great. He is a small business. He is expanding now. He is probably one of the most polite landscape guy that I have ever talked to. He is really respectful. He even told me to call him Carry and he called me Mr. Prokop. He is always asking, when I see him, is there anything else that they could do. He has been actually taking care of some extra things, that I needed to get done, at very reasonable prices. What really adds to the customer satisfaction is the fact that he does some other things, if sees something is going on and he will ask, his prices are very reasonable based on what he has done. He did some tree trimming and bush trimming stuff that was not part of his normal stuff and it only cost me like an extra $25-$30. My garbage cans, I put them out on Wednesday, and he comes on Wednesday to do my yard and he puts those garbage cans out for me. So, he does things like that, which are really cool. He is always on time, if he is a little bit late he always tells me.

He tore out all the roots and weeds. He put the top soil in. It looks fantastic. I should have a good year. He is very individually focused. He is very responsive to emails. He has a wonderful way of dealing with customers. His prices for the big stuff are great. I wish it was a little cheaper though. I have not gone without a couple of hours of getting a response to an email.

Jake adds the personal touch always listening to our concerns and making any changes needed. I would recommend his service to anyone. We will continue to use his service to maintain our property.

Jake's Landscape Maintenance is not only affordable, but they also did an amazing job on our yard! They did everything we asked him to do from, hand pulling weeds (there were SEVERAL), trimming and pruning of all bushes + a tree in the back yard, mowed and edged the grass, applied moss out, but he also went through and pulled all the blackberry that was growing in the yard and hauled away debris we already had, free of charge! Jake's Landscape Maintenance does an A+ job and they go above and beyond to make sure everything looks perfect. What I also really liked is that after they performed a clean up on our yard, he took before and after pictures and sent them to us via email. I was amazed, I never knew that under all the mess that we still had a yard! He also told us that if there was anything we had issues with or didn't like that he would come back at our convenience and fix it for free. Needless to say that the job was so perfectly done that there wasn't a single thing I would have had them do differently. Jake is very professional and nice. We had recommended him to several of our neighbors as well as our family members in the area. And he will definitely be back next time we need work done!

I wish I could give A+ ratings in some of the categories listed above. First, Jake returned my voicemail promptly and scheduled an appointment that fit perfectly with my work schedule. When he arrived, he was well-kept, well-mannered, and well-spoken. First impressions mean a lot and Jake really scored highly. He did my review and assessment quickly, gave me several options I hadn't even considered previously, and put everything in writing. He even agreed to bill me via email (I hate paper bills ha ha!) How are they doing?I have been really pleased. The team mows my lawn and carts away the clippings, never leaving a mess or any indication they have been there. I can tell they have been working on the weedy "trouble-spot" on the lawn (very much appreciated). They trim the edges well and make sure that even the tricky bits around the trees look good. The one thing....... I wish. I was hoping to pay more like $100.00/month for this service and I'm paying Jake $130.00/month ~ I wish they were a little cheaper but considering the stellar service and great experience so far, it isn't enough for me to complain.
