The father-son who run the business are responsive, efficient, and effective at addressing our pest issues. I love their billing and reporting system (after a quarterly site visit). I love the no-paper and no-phone-calls approach while retaining the responsiveness.

I have trying to get rid of the rats and mice myself unsuccessfully. He has caught several already and sealed up all potential entries. He is coming back in a week to make sure all is still clear. He left traps outside and in the crawl space. The cost is worth getting rid of the pests! We have been worried about the damage we knew was possible.

Reasonable, thorough and accommodating. I thought I had shown him the spots where there might be a problem source, but he looked in a lot more spots. For example, he pulled out my stove and sure enough there was a tiny opening and evidence of mice. He placed small boxes that would catch any that still got in. He had a special key to unlock them, as they were pet and child safe; he returned in 3 days to check the boxes. In the interim, I had discovered 2 more areas with droppings, one being upstairs! So he plugged another point of entry. And he will be back again in 3 days to check again. He will come whenever needed in the first 30 days. I had another bid that included a 1 year contract for $1200!!! This guy was a fifth of the other plan. Both of them did thorough exams of the property, k side and out.

Needed a WDO inspection form completed, ie Termite inspection, for our refi. Very professional. Flat rate. Educated us in other possible issues and remedies not related to WDOs.

His answers were sincere and fit my own values. He has a decade of experience and started his own company with his son. He did a very thorough inspection of the entire residence inside and out. His solution to the problem was far better than an other â bigâ company I spend time and money with limited results. His strategy and plan to eradicate the problem was more thorough than the other company as well. So far so good.
