+ -1 moreJim and Tom from Insignia Construction removed old posts and concrete, replaced all the rotten posts with new pressure treated posts and used 160lb concrete for each post, cleaned up all debris and reused fence panels (at my request). Job was completed in 2 days (one day to remove old posts and set new posts, a few hours on the next day to remount fence panels).
Description of Work: Fenceposts suffered rot and broke at base of the post. Repaired fence, about 6 posts needing removal and replacement.

+ 1 moreJim and his crew installed a replacement sewer cleanout for one of my properties, and performed jetting of the line. They sawed through old concrete, dug 6' down, installed the cleanout, restored the concrete, and left the jobsite spotless. Their concrete work for sewer cleanout install where they had to saw through an aggregate concrete RV parking area showed excellent matching to the surrounding concrete. Work was completed within two days, jobsite was left clean and immaculate.
