Description of Work: Did a tune-up. Their rate went up 30% from the prior year, but I went for it. Unfortunately, the mower was just as hard to start after their service, and I'm still suffering w/ it today. Will try someone else in future, as HRB's quality was not up to par.

 + -1 moreThe lawnmower was repaired within the week. I am very well pleased with the service. I did give responsiveness a and quot;Band quot; rating because there is no pick-up or delivery service. This is also a busy time of year, so they promised the lawnmower would be ready in and quot;one to two weeks.and quot; I wish it could have been one or two days! But would I use them again -- absolutely.

 + -1 moreHRB gave me clear and very honest advice. They explained that the parts alone are over $125 and then with labor included, the cost is close to $200 as a minimum. They suggested calling Karcher for more information and try to fix it DIY style to keep the costs down. Meanwhile, that same store will sell me a new one for $259. HRB was very open, informative and honest with me. What more can you ask for? I will try to fix myself or get rid of it and buy a new one.
Description of Work: I bought a pressure washer at a big box, membership store, near the local airport about 5 or 6 years ago. It stopped pushing out water. So I brought it over to HRB for repair.

 + -1 moreI purchased a power washer from one of the box stores a couple of years ago and apparently didn't prep it correctly for winter storage. Last year I tried to unsuccessfully to start the machine; to the point of pulling a muscle in my back. This year I decided to take it to a shop and have it serviced. I asked around and took some personal recommendations and a couple from Angie's. The other shops I called had limited business hours or did not return my calls. After a phone call informing me it might be as long as 2 weeks, if parts were required for the Honda carburetor and there was a $35 upfront fee and they would receive the machine on a Saturday I took my washer to HRB. 4 days later I got a call that the machine was ready, just had water and bad fuel in the carb, no parts required and no charge above the initial upfront $35 service charge. I came by on Saturday morning, they started the machine (1 pull on a cold engine), activate the spray unit to my satisfaction, and then they helped me load it into the car. They were upfront, no sales pitch and willing to ensure I was satisfied with the end product. Can't ask for too much more than that.
Description of Work: Power washer would not start and I took it in to get it running or an estimate of cost for replacment part(s). Issue was water in carburetor, it was cleaned and confirmed that the engine would start.
