Jason Merritt and his team were wonderful support. Jason went all out to sell my Portland condo during a "down" seller's market before Covid19, using every technique possible for he and his team. Once it sold, Jason almost immediately found us a new home to purchase for the price and in the location we had requested. Recently Jason sold our home for us, first he did his research and helped us set a realistic price. His team then went to work suggesting any presale repairs or painting so it could be staged to perfection. When ready he skillfully marketed the property making sure even slightly interested buyers would follow up. The property sold with competitive bids the first week. Jason evaluated all offers and helped us select the most solid buyer. The title company he selected was competent, reliable and easy to work with making sure no snags delayed the sale.
