+ 1 moreAs of today, the rating is F but I would be happy to change it if I ever get someone to call me and set an appointment for a quote. I have been trying since 3/31 to make this happen. The one person who seems to be able to help me has been left voice messages (after speaking to the live receptionist) that he refuses to return. I finally called and asked for someone else, still got transferred to him but at least we spoke. Put me off again and said would call the next day (today) to confirm an appointment. It is now noon and they close at 5pm. So we will see if I get the call and what happens. So far, responsiveness is very poor.
