H&B roof & gutter cleaning

I called and asked for an estimate, and everything seemed to be fine. I was willing to be flexible about times since I was working at home. About 15 min. after the scheduled time, he called to apologize that he was going to be late, was driving from Hillsboro (reasonably close, usually about 15 min.) and would probably be there by 4:30. I appreciated the heads-up and asked him to call when he was a few minutes away so I could meet him there. At about 4:45, I called him and said that I was going to head over, thinking he must be close, if not there already. When he was not at the location by 5:00 (now 45 minutes late), I called him again, and he said there was "traffic" and he was on his way. I continued to wait outside for him and after another 20 min. called again. He did not pick up, and after another 2 tries at calling him without success, I finally texted him canceling the appointment at 5:40 (after standing outside waiting for almost an hour) and left. I really wanted to hire someone who was working in a family business close by, but I also needed to hire someone who would meet me when scheduled and communicate honestly. If something else was holding him up, I would have been willing to reschedule if he had just admitted that he could not do it that day. He lost my business, unfortunately. I am now contacting other professionals to do the job.

I called them on a Thursday and they answered right away, got the specifics and then got me a quote in about an hour. We scheduled for the weekend. They arrived on time and were just the best. We are going to have them be our go to gutter and roof person. We are so happy we found this company. It's great working with a family owned business who really cares.

They are a father and son company owned by the son which is 23 years old which is what I really liked and respected. They are very polite and respectful. Gave me a 30 heads up and showed up on time. When they arrived we did a walk around and they walked me thru step by step what they were going to do they cleaned my gutters and downspouts inside and out cleaned the moss and everything else off my roof and applied moss treatment so that the moss won grow back. When they finished they walked me around to show me what had me down which they did for a great price and In great time. I couldn't even tell they had been here except my gutters and roof looked new again. They cleaned everything up 110% it looks better then before they came. I will definitely be using them again in the future and will recommend then
