Description of Work: They replaced my water pump and replaced the piping, which had 2 leaks in it. They responded quickly and did a very professional job in getting our water supply back in service. |They also added a drain from the pump case housing. While well done, this came in at 50% over the estimate, with no advance notice that the work was going to exceed the estimate. |Nevertheless, I would use them again, as they do excellent work.

Description of Work: Replaced pressure gauge & pressure relief valve; re-plumbed the inlet piping to help reduce the tendency for the gauge & valve needing replacing in future. However, when performing the re-plumbing they caused a considerable mess with water covering much of the concrete area in the 150+ sq. ft room the tank is in; plus they billed out at almost 80% higher than they estimated. Billed out a "helper" at journeyman rates when he was obviously, at best, an apprentice. |On the plus side, they responded very quickly to our initial call & they ultimately (after having to come out & re-do some plumbing they did that leaked) did a good job.

Description of Work: I initially called this company 8 days ago and left a message on their recorder to please call back, as I had a problem with my pump and needed it checked immediately. The water purification had gone out. The smell of the water was very strong. I was told not to use it. I left a message on H. Haley's phone line, even though it was a working day, I didn't hear back from them I called back the next Wednesday after not hearing from them. The woman who answered the phone told me that they first service people who are completely out of water, and that they would 'get to me next mid-week'. I waited until the next week, and then called them to make sure they were coming out to service the system. The woman informed me that they had others who were now 'completely out of water'. I was upset, as I was planning for them to come out. Janice told me I was free to go someplace else. Had I been told this the first time I called, I wouldn't have wasted my time with a company who refused to service my needs, putting others first when they called in. This was ridiculous. In other words, I would get a service call when they had nothing else on the schedule. This is a rather ridiculous way to conduct business. She told me that they have more customers than what they can service. This makes sense.
