My husband has an Indian mala (prayer necklace) with beads capped and wrapped in silver. The wire broke and we needed to get it repaired. At the same time, I wanted to get a previously discarded portion of that same mala made into a smaller one. I called around, but couldn't find anyone to do this small job, until I found Goldworks. They graciously took on the little job, and turned it around in only a couple of days. They have such lovely jewelry in their showroom, and do such fine design work, it was kind of them to take the time to repair this piece of jewelry which has mostly sentimental value.

Goldworks appraised a small amount of jewelry and gold for me. It was not very valuable. They took their time and the woman who helped me even spent time consulting with the jeweler about some pieces. Even when other customers came in the woman who helped me stayed with the appraisal and let other employees handle the new customer. I had some idea of what the gold value of the jewelry was worth and Goldworks, offered, and I accepted their offer, which I thought was fair. I thought Goldworks did a professional and courteous appraisal and transaction.

My ring was returned to me fixed and I have worn it everyday since and have had no trouble with my finger breaking out.

MY EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT. THEY WERE ABLE TO TO TELL ME WHAT COULD AND COULD NOT BE DONE. THE ORIGINAL SETTING WAS ALSO POLISHED AND LOOKS BEAUTIFUL NOW, AND SINCE IT WAS RESIZED, I CAN WEAR IT. I WILL BRING OTHER WORK TO THEM IN THE FUTURE. I WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT THEY WERE UNABLE TO REPAIR A PRONG ON ANOTHER RING WHICH WAS BASE METAL, BUT I HAD IT DONE ELSEWHERE. I BELIEVE THEY ONLY WORK IN GOLD AND SILVER.
