+ -1 moreShe’s personable. She had the best price. She comes to the home. She narrows down what you want before she comes. She doesn't have a broad basic showroom to go to. If you say you want shags, she’s going to bring shags apple for instance rather having you go and decide there. I would definitely use her again but I really don’t like that she doesn’t have a showroom because sometimes you don’t know what you want off hand. She has too much business and she can’t keep up.
Description of Work: I used Generic Carpet. She sold the carpet.

+ -1 moreThey were great. They were really really good. The price was reasonable. She brought samples and we were able to pick out what we wanted. It all happened within a week from picking out to being installed, it was great. She did not try to sell me more then what I wanted, she was right on point with what I wanted. Very open, honest and direct.
Description of Work: I use Generic Carpet for new carpet.
