Very well. Tech was on time, very thorough, pleasant. I would certainly use again.

Aaron was very professional & very thorough. He got it up and running (& printing!) smoothly that afternoon. However, later that evening, the printer issue mysteriously recurred. I contacted Aaron right away. He had me try upgrading the OS (which I'd been meaning to do anyway) and, when that made no difference, he talked me through a simple but last-ditch fix I could very easily do on my own. It worked! It's been over a month now, and we've had no further problems. I would definitely call him again if any new trouble should arise.

The service was fine. There was nothing special.

It went great. For months we had been having on and off problem of not being able to click on anything on computer screen. It wouldn't open up. Sometimes it worked great. Sometimes not at all. Very frustrating. Jackie came out and determined very quickly that our old mouse was not working much anymore. We replaced it and computer is great. We would never have figured that out. GeeksAKnockin' is our go to place for any computer problems.

We're repeat customers of Geeks A Knockin and are very pleased with the services they offer. We are also very 'low tech' and appreciate their ability to analyze and resolve complex and difficult issues. Best of all, the technician didn't give up and stuck with our most recent problem until it was resolved--despite the length of time it took. Jackie was prompt and professional. We are seniors who are relatively uninformed re electronics. I appreciated that he didn't make us feel stupid - even though much of what was done could have been accomplished by someone with a better grasp of how computers work. It seems we get ourselves in trouble almost every year and Geeks have to come and straighten us out. We thank them.

One technician came to my home. He arrived on time and was very efficient and professional. I was upgrading to Windows 8.1 from XP, and he answered some basic questions about how to operate this very different operating system. He had some time left over, so he installed some peripherals to my iPad, too. I was very happy with everything he did for me. A few days later, I had some additional questions about my new computer, and they helped me as part of the same ticket. I am very happy with this company and will definitely call them again if I have additional need of their services.

The tech arrived right at the scheduled time. I didn't have wait more than few days for the appointment. The tech went right to work on both computers. I was really worried it took several attempts to get out the virus. I did not want have to wipe my laptop clean, which is what every computer said I would have to do. I thought for sure the tech would say I have to it back to the office did not. The problem took approximately 90 minutes to find. The fact he didn't give up and stuck with it was amazing. Also he explained everything he was doing as fixing my laptop. Also went in and cleaned tons of malware on both the laptop and desktop. Recommended and installed a better security system that is free and doesn't bog down either computer so much. I was blown away but his knowledge and ability to fix the problem. I will only use this company going forward. I should have found them sooner they are great. From the person who answer the phone to the person who does the repair work. I was afraid I would have to buy a brand new computer but the tech fixed and tested and retested just to be on the safe side.

Chris did a great job. This service is performed remotely. A few days before the service, they emailed a link to download to allow them access to the computer. I had used GeeksaKnnockin' a few years ago for a different computer and trusted them with the access. On the day of the service, Chris called exactly when I expected and checked for viruses, adware, and other things that might slow down the laptop. After the service, he called back, explained what he had done, made some recommendations, and answered my questions. The computer now runs much better and faster. I will use them again if needed.

The new computer was installed in about an hour. It has been working flawlessly since then. For two years they have been taking care of my computer: downloading the latest security patches from Microsoft running weekly scans, and sending a monthly summary of their work. They also send alerts when there is a new and dangerous virus, what they're doing to protect their clients, and what we need to do at home. When I'm having a computer problem I send them a "ticket" describing it and it is fixed, usually within an hour. I've had this service for two years and love it.

The service was okay. They said that we needed to get a new computer. Some of the problems that were there before the guy came are still there. He did check it for viruses, which is good. There was no problem there, but mentioned a couple of things that were happening and they are still happening. So, I guess couldn't give the guy an 'A'. He was fine he gave us directions and we followed them, I think that the end result was that some of the problems we were having were not resolved.

They called and asked if they could come early in the timeline, which of course was helpful. I explained the problem, he went right to work and had it fixed in a half hour. He was great.

Each person I talked to w Geeks A Knockin was very professional. They called to confirm my appointment, followed up to ensure I had done the preliminary setup work, and called at the scheduled time. In addition to that, the technician spent a lot of time (I can't remember specifically, but I think it was more than an hour), working to see where the trouble was w the Mac. My Mac OS was within the parameters of the contract, however, the tech said that my hard drive was too old to run some specific diagnostics on it (it is old!). That was a bummer. They did all they could to clean it up and provide info on what was wrong, but ultimately it still ran crappy/slow and I didn't know why. We have an apt to take it to the Apple store this week. They were punctual, professional, and knowledgeable, and they did all they could from their end, however the machine was not improved by this service.

From start to finish this company understands customer service. They are a great team and I highly recommend them.

I have been dealing with GeeksAKnockin' LLC since 2004 and every time the "geek" arrived on time, clean, personable and patient and work was done quickly and thoroughly. I even purchased my current computer through them and it is a "champion". I have no complaints; they follow up to make sure I am satisfied. I recommend them highly without reserve.

It was just what we would want. All of our programs and pictures from the old computer were transferred and now we are ready to go with no errors.
