Description of Work: We had just purchased this house in September and wanted a full service of both the furnace and the air conditioner. |Gary was able to set up an appointment less than a week after we contacted him. |He was very knowledgeable about our systems; it turns out he is the one who sold and installed it for the previous owner! |He pointed out we needed filters on the air intakes. He also installed a modern programmable thermostat at our request. It wasn't an up-sell, we asked about it and he was able to take care of it on the spot. |We will definitely be using Gary's for all our future HVAC maintenance and repairs.

Easy to talk to, comfortable to be around, knowledgeable about HVAC issues and very professional, I would hire him again in a second!

+ -1 moreThey seemed really good. We don't remember how much we spent on their services. They were punctual and knowledgeable. We would call them again. As a matter of fact we've kept their card on our desk. Their charges weren't cheap but it was worth it. We will use them again in the future.

We had a great deal of difficulty with scheduling because of the snow amounts this past week and the flooding in the area. Gary just took it in stride and stayed in touch until we could finally make our schedules work. (His, Mine, and Mother Nature’s)

+ -1 moreHe arrived in the time frame we had arranged and did an excellent job. He is always very friendly and explains exactly what he is doing and why. His prices are very reasonable. I have employed him several times in the past, and he always does a fine job.
Description of Work: Gary did preventive maintenance on my Carrier high-efficiency furnace. He discovered by asking that the furnace made water swishing sounds when the temperatures were cold outside. From my answer he found that the drain pipe to the outside was plugged. He blew out the pipe to clear it.

Description of Work: We had a little electrical fire in our furnace during really cold weather and he fixed it and it has been fine ever since. He was able to come out and diagnose it go get the parts he needed and fix it the same day.

He installed the furnace, made the mods to the roof and attic for the air intake and the chimney, added the humidifier, wrapped the furnace and ducts with insulation, tested the system, hauled the old furnace and all the debris away and cleaned the garage thoroughly. Gary has done other heating and A/C work for me and always does a great job. He is also very pleasant to work with.
Description of Work: Replaced my old furnace with a 92% high efficiency gas furnace and added an humidifier.

+ -1 moreThey were on time with the quote and to the job. The job took about five hours and was done in a professional manner. The new installation looks ten times better than the old one. They secured pipes that were not done on the original installation when the house was built. Their work and price were excellent. This man (Gary) is a joy to do business with. I would recommend this company to all that are in need of this type of work. I give them a grade of AAA+.
Description of Work: They replaced an old gas furnace and thermostat, secured old furnace pipes that were not done on the original installation, covered all duct work into and out of the furnace with insulation, and made a filter door so that it's easy to get to the filter to change.
