OK - concerns were not taken care of and eventually resulted in termination of contract.

They do a great job and their charges are very competitive.

The company owner is very responsive and answered all questions during the first meet. A quote was promptly sent via email. Even after we wanted to make changes, all I had to do was call. A new quote was sent the next day. He met us at the nursery to help pick out plants. The work was done quickly and professionally. Very good quality and a good price for the work done.

Everything looked great when they were finished. The property in Beaverton hadn't been cared for in well over a year so it was heavily overgrown. I was very happy with their work in both locations. They worked very efficiently and came when they said they would. We paid a very reasonable price for this work. The owner is a professional who went to school at Portland Community College. He's very easy to talk to. They are nice, pleasant people to work with. I would highly recommend them and I would like to work with them again.

Tod educated me regarding the options. I like the way he gave out upfront very detail estimates on both cost and schedule. Tod was very good at answering questions and suggesting alternatives when we were evaluating all the options we had. When it came to actually carrying out the task, Tod also did an excellent job. We had him come and do the spraying and filling in the dirt first. Then we had a sprinkler contractor install the sprinkler system. Tod had to redo some of the work of leveling the dirt before he finally installed the sod, but he didn't overcharge us. We had to do some traveling during that time, and Tod was very flexible with his schedule and accommodated our need nicely. He was also very honest and candid in pointing out things that I might need to look at. The price he charged was very reasonable compared to other contractors. I will be glad to hire Tod again for my future landscape work.

Todd & crew roto-tilled my old front lawn and mixed in 5 yards of loam. The work was carefully graded and bermed. Communications were excellent and always prompt. The work was done quickly and efficiently and the site left very clean.

About a week before the work was to be done, Todd called just to go over the work list again and relay his general plan on completing the work. On the scheduled day, Todd and his team showed up and got started. When they left for the day, Todd called with a status on when the job would be complete. Then, when the river rock would not be delivered on the completion date, Todd had the rock delivered on a Saturday and he and his team completed ahead of the original schedule. Todd was really easy to work with and was quick to communicate status or changes from plans.

Todd came on time to look at our space and discuss what we had in mind. A couple of days later he supplied us with a drawing of the space and placement of plants he thought would do well and look nice. We agreed to his estimate and the fact that he could fit us in in mid-November. A few days later he called saying he would be out of town during that time and could fit us in the following weekend. We met him at the nursery and looked at all the plants he had suggested, and we all decided on some substitutions. He and his crew came the next day at the appointed time, readied the space for the new dirt, which arrived on time, placed the plants according to his drawing (rearranging some for better appearance), and planted them, all in one day. And he came in under his estimate. He and his crew cleaned up the site, even cleaning off the driveway, which was unaffected by the job.

We were very pleased with the overall experience. Todd went with us to pick out plants/shrubs and communicated with us every step of the way. Only had one small issue that was remedied immediately. (not enough sod was ordered for our job, so Todd made a special trip to his buyer so that our job could be done on schedule; caused a very small section of our lawn to be slightly different color, but not too noticeable, and not a deal-breaker for the job.) Made sure the plants/sod was placed exactly as we wanted it. Great job! Definitely would use them again!
