He promised to Come by and take a look on the flooring and supposed to provide me estimate, He did not show up, He promised me 4 times to came and visit, did not showed up. He always gave me a lame excuse every time I called him. The reason was, It is because he is busy or he forgot.

We needed a linoleum floor installed and there aren't many certified experts. My contractor hired EJG and I felt comfortable with him based on his Angie's List rating. He was quick to come out and give us an estimate, which turned out to be 25% than the provider we finally found. He called early and informed our contractor that one of his installers was injured, and he scheduled us for the next week @ 8:30 on a Monday AM. Early that morning he then called our contractor and said that he was sick, that he didn't want to expose the homeowners (ok, reasonable) but that if he rescheduled us he would be scheduled too far out, and he didn't want our business. If there were an F- that is what I would rate him.

Earnest went to the distribution warehouse on Swan Island and picked up our carpet at no charge. Came directly to our home and removed the existing carpet and pad. They installed the new carpet in 1 day, Bull nosed the stairs which was not done before and looks excellent. Cleaned up and vacuumed. Took the old carpet and padding with them. Our home was 3 levels with carpet on 2 of them including the stairs.

Ernest was great to work with. Him and his wife Janet are a dynamic duo. There were set backs on this project, like any other, but they worked through them and the floors look great. They worked late into the night to get it done.

Helped me out in the biggest pickle of the inside of the house part of the construction phase. Had been left high and dry by the guy who sold us the flooring. These are beautiful, wonderful, enchanted people. Hard working, perfectionist, caring, compassionate. I trust them.

This team was very punctual. They came when they said they would come, they completed the project in one day. The floor looks wonderful. I know it wasn't easy installing the wood on a 45' angle, but it looks so nice. They responded quickly, answered questions, and were very courteous.

Overpriced, the crew was not trained and now we have to find a new company to work with.

The service was good. Everything worked smoothly. I picked out the carpet and he picked it up. He and his crew installed it. They were timely and efficient.
