Diane McKean came to my house and provided me with all the information I needed to figure out what I should list my house for. She had a list of all the comps and what had recently sold. She assessed the condition of my home with suggestions for staging. House was beautifully photographed and went on MLS. We immediately had a lot of offers and she provided me with a detailed listing of those that had made an offer. It allowed me to make an informed decision on who I should select to purchase my home. I must say that she did not make suggestions on whom I should select, she provided me with a spreadsheet so that I could study it. I selected the offer, she did everything else, I must say that was one of the easiest transactions that I have ever had. What I liked about Diane is that she is the most honest, ethical, well informed and the most pleasant person to work with. Always kept me in the loop, always prompt and came thru with all of her commitments. She walked me thru each step of the paper process, when repairs needed to be done to the home helped me with that process and even contacted the company to get things done when I was too busy. She went with me to the title company in case there were any questions. Literally, she held my hand thru the whole process and that was greatly appreciated. In all of my years with buying and selling homes, this one was by far the easiest and most pleasant because of the impressive quality of Diane's expertise.
