DaBella - Portland

I contracted with DaBella to install a new roof and gave them a $1000 deposit. Due to a sudden family problem, I tried to cancel the contract on the third day of the contract date which was within the 5 day cancellation period. I sent them an e-mail, a fax and numerous phone calls notifying them that I am canceling the project. I asked them to refund my deposit. They have not done so.

Stay as far away as possible. So many issues: • Lied about the need for new siding, (verified by two independent contractors who inspected the property before the old siding before it was removed). • Used high pressure sales and scare techniques against my elderly mom who was coerced into signing the contract. • Missed the installed date with no communication. • When we requested to cancel because they miss their install date by 2 weeks with no sign of them starting the job, they showed in their contract where they keep 50% after 3 days of signing the contract. • Impossible to get in touch with anyone but the sales reps who just say they don’t have contact with the installers. • Was told that we would be able to get a partial refund for all of the trouble we had but that was just another lie. • Lastly installed 5 weeks late during the middle of winter but pretty much had to let them or they would legally steal $25,000

Elisey showed up to my house and was very friendly, after his inspection, he warned me about the leaks in my siding, he explained to me why it was happening and how to fix it. They got the work done and now it looks new again and I know I’m protected. Elisey and his company know what they’re doing and I was in good hands.

Justin arrived on time, was professional and arrived n time.

I am 100% pleased with the level of service from every employee I connected with, and with the job done. Reps Yaaceen, Spencer, Eli and Derick were honest, efficient and a delight to work with.

Brian and Justin came by to show me some windows and siding on my home. These guys were so knowledgeable and helpful with me today. Then went through all of their products and costs , and I feel great about having them complete my project for me.

Do not use DaBella. They do not know how to install roofs or gutters. I selected them thinking they are a large company that will support their work and installation. I was wrong. They tore off my gutters and destroyed my soffits. Now they are falling off the house. I have had a horrible experience with their lack of professionalism and customer service. Chris Rotarte in the Vancouver office does not return calls and Darren Fitzgerald is not responsive either. Horrible experience. Do not use them.

We have used Dabella for our windows and roof, and now considering for our shower. Great quality products, no signs of wear even after years of heavy use.

Ruben and Jessi were both very professional and answered all of our questions, excellent customer service I'd recommend them to anyone, they helped us replace a few of our windows.

Vasili was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He worked with with our budget and we were able to get the project done for a price that made sense for us! We will be using Dabella again for future projects! 👍🏼

Drew and Ossama visited us this Saturday to provide a quote for a new roof. They did an excellent job describing what wasn't in good shape and also what was ok as-is, and they explained well how their products would meet our needs. The overall sales experience was very pleasant and we decided to go with DaBella the same day based on their pitch.

Elisey and Eric did a great job on my inspection, very exited for my future project happy they were able to answer all my questions.

Terrible harassing experience. First off, the sales guy that came out was pushy and I felt like I was in a used car lot, not my home. I told my wife after he left that it was the single worst sales pitch experience in my life. He started off by telling me that he didn't like people telling him they would "think about it" and that when he left, he wanted either a yes or no answer. The pricing was crazy high for what we wanted to do (we are now having the entire bathroom remodeled for the same price they were quoting just to swap out the shower/tub combo). When I told him that we werent ready to make a decision yet, he kept pushing telling me he needed an answer before he left. Finally I said no, to which he responded by calling his boss 3 times to get me lower pricing each time. I had to ask him to please leave. Now Dabella has called me 9-10 times in 3 weeks to ask if we're still thinking about the project. I asked to be taken off their list twice and the calls keep coming!

Scheduled 2 different appt for them to come out, they didn't show up both times. Then i get a call from Voltaire Herrra and he asked me more questions about where i lived and hung up on me after i told him i did not care to have them come out.

They were professional, easy to work with and price was reasonable. We really appreciate them.

We worked with Alec and he is great. Answered all our questions and knows his stuff.

At the end of Oct. 2022 I had a new roof installed. The whole team involved was very professional and did an amazing job with installation, communication, and completion throughout the whole process. I would definitely use DaBella for my future needs.

We met with Kyle Witham to discuss our roof replacement, he was very thorough and answered all questions. Kyle was also very helpful once the project was scheduled and helped to ensure that everything went smoothly. The project itself was performed professionally and looks great.

We love this company and plan on using them in the future because their products are fantastic, warranty and labor is trained. Ian worked with us and was so considerate to our life decisions. We really appreciate his friendly attitude. We didn't do it at this time but will in the future.

Kyle and cam were a pleasure to work with. Excited to get our windows!
