+ -1 moreUpgraded from Windows 8.1 Edition to Windows 10 Home Edition: Helped locate affordable license copy and got me started with the install. Technician helped me remotely (over the internet) from my home. 3-hour install process, but only charged 1-hour labor and same-day email follow-up to ensure everything was working properly. So glad to finally remove that constant prompt to install Windows! Excellent service!!
