Clog Busters LLC

Had roots clogging the main sewer line with sewage backups at a rental property. Clog Busters replaced the sewer line using the "pipe burst" technique that only required a hole dug at foundation and at curb. They did a great job and left the property neat and clean. Highly recommend!

Matt and Jeremy were awesome. Diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed the problem. Gave great advice on how to avoid the issue in the future. Very professional. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Clog Busters are outstanding, I've used them on two occasions. The first was replacing sewer lateral line that was made of 'Orangeburg' material. I had 4 proposals and theirs was the most economic and innovative. They used a creative technology that saved me thousands of dollars and was much less invasive than others. I just called them again for a simple blockage. They were very quick to respond and ensured me their previous work was warrantied. They were very thorough, clean and courteous. From Tricia in the office, Matt working on our problem, to Tom the owner their customer service was outstanding....

They were prompt and came out the day after we called. The toilet job was done in less than an hour. They very clean and friendly. Took appropriate COVID precautions. The price was very reasonable.

He found the problem and quickly fixed it.

The two guys were great. In and out in less than an hour; broke down and explained all charges before starting the work; wore protective masks and gloves while in the house. They were great!

The technician that did the clean/scope of the sewer line, the office staff and the crew that did the repair were all great to work with. All were very efficient on getting their portion of the job done, especially the crew that did the repair. I watched a lot of the work being done and felt the crew took care to do all aspects of the repair in a high quality manner. From the amount of work to get done, I felt it would likely be two days. With the exception of a small portion of the job, it was all done in one day. The finish on the concrete replacing what was torn out blends well. A great job overall. I would easily recommend Clog Busters.

It went very well and took less than an hour to remove. I was charged $325 which seemed a bit steep for the work performed.

He showed up on time, early I think. He spent a few minutes assessing the situation then got right to work. I asked lots of questions and he was happy to answer all of them. I gave me some ideas so this would not happen as frequently and ideas on future work.

My services went very well as all my "A" scores attest. I was very pleased with the service and would use Clog Busters again.

I think I described that pretty well above. But, it was a GREAT experience! I'll hire them again in a heart beat should a plumbing problem arise. Yay TEAM!!!

Excellent. He had a longer closet snake than I had and was able to use. He showed up on time, the same day I callwas great to talk to, and was out of our house fairly quickly.

They came on time, determined that the cause of the problem was tree roots. They gave advice on what we could do for now to help with the problem, as well as what they could do in the future to repair.

I called them shortly after 7 am when I discovered the clogs didn't budge overnight. They were here by 7:45 am. It was a tough one but they came prepared. They tried different approaches and ended up on our roof to go through the vent after everything else failed. They were here until almost 11 diligently working. They were persistent, professional, and well worth the money. Zero problems since.

all 3 outside drains were inspected. 1 of the blockages in the drain was removed. Company Owner was very helpful and offered economical ways to ensure that rain water would flow away from the house despite the blockages in 2 drains.

I am giving an overall A rating. The work appears overall to have been well done. Since the connection to the main sewer line was able to be made at the property line and they did not need to trench into the street, they did the honorable thing and removed the extra costs included in the original bid for permit fees and to put in a new sidewalk and driveway lip, which would have had to have been replaced. The only thing that concerned me during the process is that communication from their end wasn't always the best. I had to reach out to the company to pinpoint the times that they would be on site and what to expect. Even after requesting updates, more than once I had to initiate contact to get the information I needed. All things considered, this is a minor complaint, the owner, Tom Wolfe, did take the extra step of paying me a personal visit when I expressed some concerns and, at that point, took the time to thoroughly answer my concerns. I would recommend that any customer who prefers to be updated as the project unfolds let the owners know up front what you expect as communication. I also want to mention that the office person I dealt with, Ashley, was very pleasant to work with and prompt to respond whenever I contacted her. Isaac, who gave me the original bid, also was a good resource any time I had questions.

The service went great, the owner was super nice and the sidewalk man was also quite helpful. They rebuilt our sidewalk which got crushed under the weight of the digger. The yard looked very nice when they were done too. They sprinkled ot with mulch and grass seed. The best thing of all was that our sewer would pass inspection. All the water left our drain and the property. 😀🚽 😀🚽 😀🚽

Fine. Not much to say. Technician came in & got the job done in a timely manner. Very professional.

One toilet seemed to be functioning well when repairman was there. The other needed a simple part swap and told us what was needed so we could perform the repair ourselves. Since no work was performed, we were not charged. Would contact again in similar situation.

The technician had not brought the correct snake to the job. He tried repeatedly to clear the clog and was unable to do so. After several calls back and forth, he realized that he needed a different snake, got the snake and completed the job. I appreciated his dedication but would have preferred the work to have been done correctly at the first.
