+ -1 moreWe contacted Jeff on Monday of the work week because we have used him in the past. He has always provided excellent service over the past 10 years. He told use he would get the part and call us to do the repair on Friday. We never heard from him so called and spoke to him on Wednesday. He said he would get the part on Friday and call us with a time to make the repair. We never heard from him. We left at least 4 phone messages. We contacted another appliance repair. They repaired the machine within 12 hours of contact. We never heard back from Jeff.
Description of Work: Nothing.

+ -1 moreWires had broken behind oven rear wall. The built-in oven had to be completely removed to restore wiring. It went well for me, all I had to do was watch. I was glad I'd called for help - this was not a do-it-yourself project. Jeff was completely capable.

Description of Work: The water dispenser on my side-by-side refrigerator wasn't working and the water was running out from under it. Jeff provided an estimate of $120 over the phone, and when he arrived he found the problem and was able to fix it for less than the estimate.

+ -1 moreWE HAVE USED CERTIFIED SEVERAL TIMES BOTH FOR PREVIOUS DRYER PROBLEMS AND FOR REPAIRING OUR DISHWASHER. HE INSTALLED OUR LATEST DISHWASHER AND REPAIRED THE REFRIGERATOR. THE SERVICE HAS ALWAYS BEEN PROMPT AND FRIENDLY.
Description of Work: SERVICE WAS TO INSTALL A NEW HEATING COIL IN OUR ELECTRIC DRYER AND TO DIAGNOSE A PROBLEM WITH OUR REFRIGERATOR. HE HAD TO ORDER A COIL AND CAME BACK TO INSTALL IT WITHIN A FEW DAYS. HE FOUND THE REFRIG THERMOSTAT WAS BAD, INSTALLED A TEMPORARY BYPASS AND ORDERED A NEW ONE FROM GE.
