If you're looking for a big tree this is the right place. Dan was very patient in helping us select the right tree and the installation went very smoothly. We received easy-to-follow instructions for care during the first year. These guys know what they're doing and are great to work with. For what you get the price is very reasonable. Big Trees Today is an extraordinary company. It is easy to have great customer service when everything is going well, but it takes dedication and commitment to have great customer service when there is a problem. I went to Big Trees Today and they helped me select a tree. They really know their trees and can guide you with which tree will be just right for your yard. I selected a beautiful Sugar Maple. Over the next three years my tree did not thrive. Big Trees Today supported me throughout the entire time. They always answered my emails and even came out to personally evaluate my tree three different times. In the end they replaced the tree at no coast to me. Because trees are living things there will always be a small percentage of failure when transplanting, but at Big Trees Today their 40+ years of experience makes this a very small occurrence and if there is a problem they stand by their trees. I cannot recommend them enough.

We had lots of difficult issues because of our location and Dan worked with us to get the best tree possible for our site. The guys did a great job with the planting and cleaned everything up afterwards. A very good experience and we highly recommend Big Trees Today!

We feel the tree was planted too high, approximately 10" above ground level. Questioned the workman but they said it was correct. We now have a high mound with the tree which we didn't want.

Installed and looking great in their new home. Big trees helped select the correct tree for its surroundings. I would recommend big tree sell and install water gator bags at time of delivery and install to help our the new owner and ensure tree will be watered when needed as recommended for the first year.

The crew of four delivered the trees on the date promised and worked their hearts out maneuvering the bulky, heavy plants into their places; positioning the trees to maximize the best look. The typical northwest Oregon November weather pelted them with rain, but they soldiered on and left the job looking wonderful.

We had a ton of fun with Dan looking at options! They had quite a puzzle to work out because the yard is small and access was difficult.

I cannot say enough about Dan and Cole. They were so helpful during every step of the process. And their trees are beautiful! I will always be buying my trees from Big Trees today.

Arrived as scheduled, moved the tree from the truck though our side yard to planting location. Placed plywood at all locations to ensure no damage to patio. Planted, staked and cleaned up in less than an hour. left care and maintenance instructions. Would highly recommend them.

Everyone from the owner down to the guys who came out to do the work were courteous ,extremely helpful and I would absolutely use their services again.

The owner drove us around the quite large farm for well over an hour. He described the attributes of his trees and worked diligently to understand our likes and needs. He recommended the tree we chose and we couldn't be happier. The crew delivered the tree as promised at the appointed time. They planted the tree and talked to us about the care. We received a print out of the instructions. A year and some later this beautiful large tree is thriving.

I recall another reviewer mentioning that they didn't have patience or "time" to wait for a little tree be a mature addition to the yard. That made sense to me at my age. I lost a very old tree that I was fond of and was a central part of my yard. I decided to give this a go. I would recommend viewing their website first and have an idea of what you might be interested in. Their tree farm is pretty large and doesn't lend itself to shopping around. I found everyone extremely helpful and those other great words that describe excellent service. I rated the price fair because I didn't think I could get a big tree for a few hundred dollars but I didn't think it was cheap either. For the work they did (they had to dig out some roots from the old tree in addition to a BIG hole) and that it was a perfect size, it was fair. I would certainly recommend them. Make sure you water the tree everyday as they recommend. You can tell if you try and cheat a day!
