My hero is the only term I could use for Dov. He removed a lock my son had lost the keys to at a storage facility. Mgt for the facility was not there to put in a new lock. Dov never gave up or abandoned myself and my unlocked storage locker. He worked tirelessly and solved the issue of relocking my storage unit. Honest, tenacious, caring, and superb work ethics. Thank you!
