Great first impression after that it's all down hill. Supposed to fix the roof on my patio. They knocked down the roof and then replaced it; which all I really wanted was for them to fix the issue. They also destroyed a few patio tables which I received a small retribution for. They did a percent of the work that I really needed to have done. Over charged for the work done too. Beware of this company.

They arrived when they were supposed to, did the work and left. Pretty simple. They raked out all the thatch and bagged it so, we didn't have to worry about it. They then aerated the yard, and it really helped green it up. The over seeding was nice to help with the bare spots. The city of Tigard was offering a rebate/cash off our water bill if we aerated because, it creates less run off. So, we saved another $30-40 or so.

They showed up on time and did a good job. They could have cleaned up a little better, but other than that, they did fine.

They did an excellent job, and the price was beautiful. The worker that came out was wonderful. He was on time, fixed the problem very quickly, and left.

They came out initially to do aeration. Completed on time and looked fine to my amateur eye. They came back with a somewhat hard sell on their lawn service. How my yard would look so much better than it did with my current service...they kill the weeds, fertilize as needed, edge, trim bushes, trees...and other yard related service routinely for $140/mo. They over-sprayed roundup and killed plants in the front and back. Took them 3 weeks to weed the side of the house. Did not pickup or clean up incidental leaves on path and patio. Knocked over plants waiting to be planted and never pick up. They came out to look at exactly what my expectations were. We talked about spraying or pulling the few straggly blackberry vines along the fence. When I came home from work the following week they were there, my 12 year old, in full fruit, ready to pick raspberry bush was gone! He called me at work and asked if I wanted all the blackberry vines removed...dah, yes? I gave notice. I don t think they know too much about landscapes. The re-seed was done twice and never grew. They did show up weekly as scheduled, they did mow the lawn and edge weekly.

Called back promptly, was flexible with scheduling, completed the job in about 25 minutes. Overall experience was no fuss, and they also provided me with the TVWD rebate form for first time lawn aerations (which I was not aware of, and will get me $25 back). Only requirement was to mark sprinklers in lawn prior to the aeration, which was easy enough, though a little damp.

We scheduled for aeration and decided to have thatching done after the worker arrived and inspected the lawn, but he adjusted his time to do it the same afternoon. He aerated very thoroughly, since we were adding a soil ammendment, and had me check to make sure it was enough. Very courteous and conscientious. Marking the sprinkler heads was a pain, but worth it not to have to rent machines and do it ourselves.
