Adrian quickly diagnosed our issue to be a failed shower cartridge. He installed a new cartridge and tested to be sure that the problem was resolved. Adrian was prompt, on-time, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I have found "my plumber".

During December, 2018, Kaleo Black, Owner of all Pro Plumbing Services, LLC, and his plumbers, Adrian and Jimmy, did an outstanding job in re-piping our home. The job was particularly challenging because my wife asked that the re-piping in her bathroom be completed without the usual holes made in the wall, which would have required the replacement of all of the wallpaper in that room. Kaleo expended extra effort and extra work and successfully re-piped the bathroom without creating a hole in the wall. My wife was very grateful for Kaleo’s extra effort. Kaleo, Adrian and Jimmy worked very hard to complete the job on time. Kaleo arranged for Eric Lopez, Divine Drywall, Inc., to patch the walls in the holes that were necessary in other areas of our home, and Eric did an outstanding job. In addition, Kaleo arranged for the necessary inspections by the city and county. While re-piping, Kaleo discovered a leak in one toilet, and Adrian replaced the seal to correct that problem. In addition, our drains in the sinks and showers of both bathrooms were partially clogged and very slow to drain. Jimmy returned to correct that problem. Kaleo and his plumbers have done previous work for us over the years. They have always been very professional, competent, and dependable. All Pro Plumbing Services is the only plumbing company we call.

Great! AZZEDDINE was amazing. He inspected our crawlspace to find the insulated pipes where not secured correctly. Azzeddine secured the insulated pipes, confirmed the crawlspace was dry, and he tested the sump pump making sure it runs properly. Azziddine made sure we understood & were comfortable with his job performance. I would hire these guys again!!

Plumbing was fine, drywall removed was not aligned to studs and did not cut drywall so that it could be saved and reused. Cost to fix drywall will be more than cost of plumber.

We hired All Pro Plumbing to do a total repipe of our older home after seeing all the great reviews. Unfortunately we had a bad experience with them. First, they had to delay the start date and then when he called he told me he forgot what the job was and I had to explain it to him again. They left my house with TWO leaks. The owner, Kaleo, said he'd be back out to finish some work but never came back after they got my almost $10k. He knew about at least one of the leaks before he left on the last day. Their office admin, Bruce, was extremely rude and harassed me repeatedly for payment before the job was even completed. It was extremely uncomfortable speaking to him. Their plumber Nate was really nice but aside from that, I really wasn't happy after working with them and can't recommend. It seemed like they were just rushing jobs and taking money without any regard for doing a quality job, which is evidenced by the leaks I have and them never coming back, even after I explained to Bruce upon payment that we had a leak.

I called several plumbers on this list and some were a month out for scheduling and some didn't even answer the phone. All Pro got me in the next day. The plumber came to the house right on time and was supposed to install my new toilet I had purchased but he said he could fix the broken one. That was awesome and saved me $200 and then my old toilet had a small leak at the bottom of the tank and he fixed that also without even asking. He was friendly and did more than I expected. This will be the only plumbing company I will ever use in the future.

Had my main water line to the house replaced due to a leak. Work was completed fine but they dug up a trench in my front yard for the work and left it open for more than a week. Numerous phone calls to fix the issue didn't result in any prompt response. When my 2 yr old tripped and almost fell into the trench, I decided to close the trench myself.

There were no problems and no leaks.

We've used them three or four times over the years. One person came out to install the new faucet. He took close to an hour to complete the work.

We discovered a cracked drain pipe under our kitchen floor, and couldn't use the sink or dishwasher until it was repaired. Added to that was our concern that the pipe was encased in cement, and would be a gigantic, expensive repair job! Bruce answered the first time we called (no voicemail!), and Chris came out the next morning, dropped into the crawlspace, and quickly assessed the problem. We were relieved to learn that the drain pipe wasn't in cement after all and could be quickly repaired. The whole job took about 1 1/2 hours and was reasonably priced. We'll call All Pro Plumbing Services for future plumbing needs.

Competitive prices and did a fine job.

Service was great, even though it was a Sunday. The owner, Kaleo, performed the work. He was prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable and performed a quality repair.

They were on time and very responsive when we wanted another faucet.

Great! Art was efficient and he is very knowledable.

Called for appointment/estimate and girl on the phone said plumber might not have materials needed to fix leak on truck so he would then have to come out for a second trip to repair. When I asked about installing two bathroom sink faucets (that we have already) she said it would take at least two hours of labor. At LEAST TWO HOURS to install to 4" faucets? When I told her that sounded a little excessive and I would think about it and call back she got really snippy and rude.

I had a disappointing customer service experience. I scheduled their help to resolve a plumbing issue created by another contractor, who was struggling with the repair. Before the appointment, the other contractor finally resolved. All Pro Plumbing charged a cancellation fee, which would have been fine if it was disclosed upfront when I scheduled. The company representative didn't seem to care that I was not aware of this policy as a first time customer, and the company promptly sent me an invoice. I wasn't treated very respectfully during this interaction.

This was not an emergency, so it was scheduled ahead of time. The plumber Art arrived as scheduled with telephone notification as he arrived, so the building concierge could admit and direct. The plumber was well equipped, experienced in working in high rise apartments, worked quickly and carefully and explained details which affected the quality and the cost of the job. The original installation of one toilet had a connecting sewer pipe installed below the floor level (original construction defect) which required a special seal, and one of the new toilets had some imperfections which caused problems in leveling it to the floor. Both problems were explained, and expeditiously and satisfactorily solved during the job. The communication by the plumber was excellent, he worked mindfully of wooden floors and new surfaces and he cleaned up his work space.

Timely, helpful and very professional.

It was fine, considering he was only there for 15 minutes, the $98 was a bit steep for the price, but he was very polite and let us know what needed to happen. I would really like to see them have a break for a situation where the time is so short.

This is the third time I have used All Pro plumbing. The office staff are great and Joe the plumber is very knowledgable and professional. You will not be disappointed if you use this company, I would not hesitate to use them again, matter fact they are the only one i will call.

The plumber arrived on time, was professional and answered all my questions with patience. He was quick in replacing the faucet. The replacement was of good quality and I have not had any issues.

I was able to get a quote over the phone which was nice. It was a pretty straight forward replacement of a water heater, so they were able to finish in about half a day. They were very professional and didn't mind me hanging around to watch them work.

Plumber came in and traced out the plumbing from the basement to the outside of the house to get an accurate length for installation. He proceeded to remove the old set up and install the new plumbing. No problems. No issues. Easy and timely. Love the new faucet. Handle is more ergonomic and easy to turn. NO leaking! And no worries about freezing in our northwest weather. He was very factual and informational, punctual and courteous. Great interaction and service. As a matter of fact, I was just signing in to figure out who we used because we have an issue we are going to have them address! Thanks for making that easy!

We were very happy with the service provided by All Pro. The plumber was very knowledgeable and provided us with important information regarding pluming outside of work they did on our faucet. They did a great job with the installation.

They did real good work. Professional and great responsiveness.
