What an astonishing transformation 4th Generation Painting brought to my 27-year-old cedar home! Their dedicated team spent over a week meticulously tending to every detail: pressure washing, stripping, replacing deteriorated boards, and even removing my old damaged gutters. Then came the true marvel â my tired, weathered cedar regained its youthful charm, resembling a brand-new home. The wood's natural beauty now shines through, making my house truly look like it's been rejuvenated. But that's not all; 4th Generation also worked their magic on a pump house, a garden shed, and a towering two-story cedar barn, leaving each structure looking absolutely stunning. Returning home each day feels like stepping into a brand-new world. Beyond their remarkable craftsmanship, 4th Generation's commitment to cleanliness was outstanding. They left no trace that a major renovation had taken place, showcasing their professionalism and respect for my property. I had my house painted by 4th Generation this last July 2023. Working with Ben (owner) was fantastic. He and his crew did the job and they did it well and timely. Ben is my favorite subcontractor out of the many I hired to renovate my home. He communicated clearly via both email and text, showed up on time and finished the work beautifully. The cost was also incredibly fair in comparison to 3 other bids we solicited. I can't recommend him enough!

4th generation painting got us on the schedule in 1-2 weeks (compared to the next closest estimate of 2 months), got the job done faster than estimated (done in 3 days vs. 1 week estimated), cost less (8k vs. 15k) than many estimates for the walls, trim, doors and floorboards, kept the living areas usable as we needed to live in the house at the same time. I no longer have a horribly dark accent wall, measured, had up-to-date software for paying and estimating. Highly recommend and they are now painting my friends house who is extremely happy as well.

Amazing job, great people, wonderful experience!! This company is heads and shoulders above other painters I've worked with. 4th Gen painted every square inch of the inside of my home -- walls, ceilings, trim. From first contact to after project completion, Ben was a pleasure to work with, as were his employees. They were professional, reliable, with excellent communication and clear pride in workmanship. I left town the week of painting and never once had to wonder about status or follow through. Next time I have a painting project, I won't even solicit other bids -- I'll go straight back to 4th Gen.

We couldnâ t be happier with the professional interior painting and staining done by 4th Generation Painting. We really appreciated how responsive and adaptable Ben, the owner, was to our emails, phone calls, and project and date changes. Ben was on site and overseeing all the work of his staff (AJ - wonderful person). The workmanship was excellent and they made sure my picky requests were addressed. They are trustworthy (we left during the day), reliable (always came when they said they would), and so pleasant to work with. We had them paint our 1600 feet of trim including baseboards and wainscoting, fixed large drywall holes, painted interior doors and trim, stained staircase with gel, and 2 rooms and entry walls. It was a large project and Benâ s bid was extremely competitive (we obtained 5 bids for this project). We are very, very happy we selected 4th Generation Painting!!

Professional and excellent work!

I had my home interior painted by 4th Generation Painting. Ben & his team did a great job from the get go. It took them 4 days to paint our home (about 3200sf). They were very professional and always arrived on time, responded to my emails/calls right away and at end of the day made sure everything was cleaned up. I am very impressed with the job they have done and I highly recommend 4th Generation Painting.

I had my kitchen cabinets painted. 4th Generation Painting degreased, took off the gloss, hand sanded the cabinets, and hand painted 4 coats. My cabinets were too porous and had too many ridges in it to spray paint. The took down a large cabinet to open up my kitchen to the family room. They painted my kitchen, two bedrooms, touch-up painting and painted the dark wood around 5 windows. The work is a 5 star. Very professional. Always on time. Did all that work in 3 days. They did prep work to protect my kitchen and garage where they had set up their paint station. I would highly recommend 4th Generation Painting and I give them an all around 5 stars!

We found 4th generation painting through reviews on home advisor. They did not dissapoint. We were contacted quickly, with an estimate appointment set up for the following day. Very professional during all the the interactions. On time during paint day, and did a professional job painting up the stairs, the hallway and master bedroom. This was all done around brand new carpet with no spills or drops of paint anywhere. We will be using them again.

I cannot recommend Ben & his team enough! We hired them to paint the exterior of our historic home (built in the early 1920's) and were so pleased with the outcome.
