+ -1 moreAfter going through two complex real estate transactions with Simple Realty, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Very professional, timely, and upfront about everything. Every question I had throughout the process was answered quickly and, more importantly, correctly. I think those property disclosure forms are written in a confusing manner on purpose! I received good advice during the initial negotiating process with the buyers as well as after some minor issues turned up during the home inspections. Both home sales closed on time (actually, one was a few days early) and with Simple Realty doing the heavy lifting, my part of the whole process was short and sweet.
Description of Work: Simple Realty represented me in the sale of one home in the Happy Valley area and one home on Mt. Tabor.
