+ -1 moreMy computer froze up when I attempted to install a new security update. Jason, at Happy Valley PC (a completely mobile service), was quick to work with my schedule at get to my home to fix my computer. He ended up spending a few hours on it and had to take it in for additional service. He returned, right on schedule, 2 days later with everything fixed, or so I thought. When I encountered additional problems after he left my home, I called Jason and he quickly set up a time to return to "make it good". He spent four more hours working on my computer and stuck by his pricing and never charged me any additional fees for the additional service. He was fabulous and knowledgeable. He helped me understand a litter better what he was doing as he was working on my PC in my home. I HIGHLY recommend Happy Valley PC!!!
