We had five contractors come out to give us a bid. Jake responded quickly and professionally. He not only came in with the best bid, but also used the best material. Other contractors we backed up for several weeks and said my project would take several days. Jake and his partner completed the entire project in less than 2 days. My new fence looks beautiful and it was actually more than we expected. These guys are great. Don't use anyone else for a home fence or decking project.

During my phone conversation with Jake, I could tell this was a person I wanted to work with; someone who communicated well, asked the right questions, and gave honest answers. I knew I wanted him to do the work, and this was before I even had his official estimate! The fence is exactly as I'd hoped, it's beautiful, the neighbors love it, and the price was excellent. On top of that, Jake was an absolute pleasure throughout the entire process. I couldn't have asked for more, and I highly recommend Jake.

Jake is very professional and quickly responded with detailed bid. He provided options to reduce cost if needed and helped us feel included and heard in our project needs. The fence and gate he created is beautiful. functional, and was beyond our expectations. We will be utilizing him again in future projects.

I appreciated Jake's willingness to explore options in an ongoing dialog instead of just submitting a bid and waiting for my response. He was the only bidder out of five to do that. I had one installation issue that he took care of promptly and went above and beyond in wanting to make me happy. I had a couple of very specific instructions that were not followed - I suspect due to a couple of helpers he hired that didn't get told of my preferences and who actually were the ones who did that portion of the work. Otherwise, communication and promptness were stellar. He was not the lowest bidder, but was definitely the most cost effective in terms of value for the money. Reports from friends with similar projects (different contractor) and much higher costs cemented my belief that I got a great value for my dollar. Well done, H3!

On January 13, 2021 I posted a request for beds on HomeAdvisor to install A five foot high Chain Link fence, two twelve foot gates and one five foot gate on my property Within the hour I had an appointment with Jack at H3 Construction, LLC for Monday January 18, 2021. Jack arrived promptly at 1:00 PM the day of the appointment and within one hour had inspected the job site and agreed to provide a quote by the end of the day. I agreed to the quote, terms and starting date Jack and his assistant started the job two weeks before the agreed date and finished the project by the end of the week. Jack went the extra mile by helping me move four mail boxes at no extra charge I was so impressed by jacks Customer relations, workmanship and can do attitude I gave him a $500.00 dollar bonus
