Description of Work: I had LeafGuard come unplug my gutters last month and found out they weren't plugged. They were smashed to where they wouldn't let the rain in. The LeafGuard man pointed out a spot he said had to be caused by someone stomping on it. I complained about their work before and now this. I have no idea why they chose to sabotage my home but that is exactly they did.

Response from Gresham Roofing and Construction
(member name removed) purchased our Angie’s List Big Deal last year that we were running at the time, we finished replacing his roof in May 2015. When the job was complete we did a walk through and checked every part of the roof, including the gutters. The owner Jason Coe had a walk through with (member name removed) as well, the gutters had no damage done to them. (member name removed) house is surrounded around trees, it is likely that they have been damaged due to branches hitting them. The damage however was not caused by us.

Description of Work: I purchased a roof maintenance deal. | |To my knowledge no maintenace was performed and Instead I was told I would receive an inspection report of the condition of my roof. I never received the report because they can not send to AOL email accounts. | |I did hire another company which provided the needed maintenance.

Description of Work: We had a new roof put on to replace the old one which was regularly losing shingles in heavy winds. The price was right and the ability to just make a down payment of $899 to reserve the price was great. The square footage of the roof came in a bit higher than I expected (I know it's not the same as the square footage of the house, the roof does slope after all), but the cost for the amount above what was covered by the deal was less per square foot than what was originally quoted. | |They came right on time (a little early, even) and finished up a day early, as well. I got home and there was a new roof on the house. It looks great. The trash bin was still in the driveway, but it was gone before I woke up the next morning. | |There were a few times that we had to go back and forth a bit (on the phone, or e-mail) to get everything straight, but nothing that was a problem. | |All in all, a good experience.

Description of Work: A person from the company came out and took pictures on his cel phone and I never heard from him again. Angie's list refunded our money. I would never recommend them. He never got on the roof and could not thoroughly assess the condition of our roof from the ground. He had no interest in us or our needs.

My estimator did not go on your roof as it is a 10/12 pitch roof, which means it is okay to assess from the ground as your able to see the face of the roof, rather than it had been a low or flat roof. My estimator spoke with you for a very short time but did speak with a gentlemen you had there and took time to go over all of the issues he found with the roof. He provided you with an estimate with a very fair price. We are sorry if you felt like you did not receive better service, we strive to make our customers and potential customers very happy. I do not feel that your review is accurate and is unfairly stated as my estimator did provide you with excellent customer service and everything that you asked for in the bid proposal. Most companies who looked at it gave us high bids. Gresham Roofing came and looked it and gave us a great bid, using great products. They were friendly, professional and did a great job. It was just wonderful and it looks fantastic.

Great, they showed up on time, finished in two days. Cleaned up all debris. I was very happy with the work done and they completed the job for exactly the same amount as estimated. Did not try to up sell. They explained the options available and improvements that could be made but did not press on more expensive items.

They were very punctual and very professional. It was nice to deal with someone that you felt was not trying to rip you off. They even told us of issues that we had that did not need to be dealt with immediately but needed to be watched. Very nice.
Description of Work: We originally called because we thought the Chimney flashing needed repairing. After an inspection, the flashing was found to be fine but they found an issue we were unaware of. The underlayment in one area of the roof had been improperly installed. They gave an extremely reasonable estimate to complete this repair.

They were very nice. They were responsive when we first contacted them, but it took us a while to get the bid from them. We had to call and remind them that we were waiting for it. There was a little confusion on what work we wanted done. They made an assumption on one item, so we called to discuss it however it wasn't that big of a deal.

It was a very good experience, showed up on time to provide the bid, offered suggestions on alternate products and let me know up front the extent of the work, asked me to obtain other bids to make sure that their estimate was fair. They showed up when they said they would to do the job, finished the job in two days, cleaned up and did a very good job overall.
