+ -1 moreI took my digital camera into the store with me to show the customer service person the style of house, the color of the siding, etc. We were quickly able to choose the best fit (a nickel lantern style). They didn't have 5 of them in stock but ordered them from their warehouse and it arrived within 2 days. I'm happy with the quality of the lights and also for their help in selecting what would best fit my house.
Description of Work: I was having my house resided and I wanted to replace all of my exterior lighting rather than replace the old fixtures.

+ -1 moreFast and friendly service, even though the store was fairly busy. Steve took the time to make sure, I had all the components needed for the job and explained the function of the transformer. I'd been unable to find this sort of lighting system at the nearby Lowe's and Home Depot.
Description of Work: We needed help finding small under-counter light fixtures for our kitchen. Steve Wilkinson politely answered my questions and showed me the various options, including letting me know we would need a transformer to link the low-voltage lights into our electrical system.

+ -1 moreI HAVE A LOW VOLT LIGHT FIXTURE WHICH WAS INSTALLED BY OUR BUILDER THREE YEARS AGO. THE LIGHT WENT OUT AND WHEN I CHANGED THE BULB IT DIDN'T WORK. I E-MAILED GLOBE WITH SOME QUESTIONS AND THEY RESPONDED QUICKLY. I CALLED THE CLACKAMAS STORE AND THEY PUT MY PART IN WILL CALL AT THEIR NW STORE AND PUT THE ORDER ON MY CREDIT CARD. GREAT SERVICE!
