 + -1 moreI have posted here before. Dennis is excellent at his job and has a customer-centric approach that I wish all home service vendors would practice. He constantly seeks out advances in carpet cleaning tech, and shares his knowledge with the customer. On the day of service, he showed up on time. He started with spot treatment, as we went through the house and I pointed out problem areas. He cleaned our house within 2 hours, did final walk-through, expained the spots that wouldn't come out. We have a white berber carpet that probably came with the house - 14 years old. We do our best to maintain it, and Dennis's company plays a major role.
Description of Work: Cleaning of white carpet which covers about 1,700 square feet of a two-story house.

 + -1 moreGreat, contacted by email, Dennis the company owner came out and did a walk through of the house for estimate, scheduled the time for the next week for the actual cleaning. Carpets look good all over the house. They even tried to remove stains that were never going to budge and I appreciate the extra effort.

 + -1 moreI've been having a lot of work done on our house recently, and this was the smoothest experience from start to finish. Dennis was very responsive initially to both estimate and schedule the work, he worked around my busy schedule. He and his team showed up exactly when they said they would, he walked with me through the house, clearly explaining what he would do, and clearly explaining how he would deal with the stains. I like that he uses environmentally friendly products and processes when possible. He called me with a status when the work was done, which was convenient for me. The result of his work is beautiful - the carpets look great! In addition to the great service, Dennis has a great attitude, very friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him!

All with wonderful, clean outcome with no residual smell. Drying time was as expected.

 + -1 moreOur experience was first rate. Dennis is quick, thorough, responsive, careful and professional. Hint...move some furniture yourself, it might get you a discount.
Description of Work: We called Dennis a month ago as part of getting three bids. All firms were chosen from Angie's List based on the hot water extraction cleaning method recommended by our carpet warranty. The carpet is one year old, excellent quality and in great condition. Dennis quoted a price based on square footage and a discount for our Angie's List referral. Even after waiting for a month to call him back, he stuck to his proposed price. Dennis was very professional in every way. After arriving he gave us another discount (!) because we had moved some furniture he didn't have to move. Cleaning was done in under 2 hours and done fully to the carpet manufacturer's specifications to maintain our warranty. Dennis gave information on other services from his company but did not push them. He gave tips on keeping our carpet nice. He praised Angie's List for the help it has given him obtaining customers and maintaining his customer base.

 + -1 moreCalled and they were responsive and estimated right over the phone based on my estimate of square footage and description of the townhouse. We set up a time and Dennis was very accommodating of both my schedule and my desire to get the townhouse ready for rental as soon as possible. He arrived and did the job as scheduled. I walked through and it looked like a great job. There were a couple of stains he couldn't completely remove, but he worked h****** them and I believe made the carpets look about as good as possible.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpets in rental townhouse between tenants. Carpets are on stairs and all of second floor except bathrooms.

They worked very hard at removing some stains and the carpets turned out great. They were very friendly and upbeat. They seemed knowledgeable about the carpet, but they said that they couldn't guarantee they could get that area up next to the wall clean, and I went ahead and let them do it. They called to come early and they were done really fast. It took away the lived in look, but I still had indentations where furniture had been.
Description of Work: I had the stairs and 4 upstairs bedrooms were done by them.

 + -1 moreDennis responded quickly and he said he could fit me in the next afternoon. He arrived on time and with an assistant they looked over the job and described what they were going to do. We had tried over the counter treatments to no avail. Dennis explained that on certain spots he might not get it back to the exact color but it would improve what we had done. They did the job and it did what he had said and even better on the tough spots.

 + -1 moreThey were on time! Two people came and they were very careful with our furnishings. After completing the work, they showed me areas that were good and areas we may need to watch for future cleanings. A few hours later, I noticed that the wall-to-wall carpet in one room looked like some ocean waves, raising up from the floor, and contacted them right away. They returned within 2 hours and said that this kind of thing happens sometimes when a carpet is cleaned for the first time, but that they had confidence that the carpet would return to normal when fully dry. The carpet was dry and flat, and clean as a whistle, the next day. Walker called me that afternoon to make sure that "our" carpet was doing ok. Nice to have someone who really cares about doing good quality work, and making sure that the customer is really satisfied.

 + -1 moreDennis responded promptly to my message and, to my surprise, said that he could fit us in the next morning because it was a relatively small job. When he arrived as scheduled, he told us exactly what he would do and about how long it would take. The job was great and so reasonably priced. The carpet looks very clean, almost like new. From start to finish it was an unusually pleasant experience. Dennis is very friendly and careful to explain what he can and cannot do. In addition, he left instructions on how to maintain the carpet's cleanliness. We expect to have him clean our carpets on a regular basis.
Description of Work: Dennis cleaned the very badly stained carpet in our family room/den and the stair way carpeting to the first 2 landings.
