A+ Carpet Care

Dennis Walker was a delight to work with. He came the day after I called, even though there had been a snow storm. He was friendly, informative and a very hard worker. I would recommend him to anyone, and I am not easily won over.

I like their quick response and they are prompt. What stuck out with these folks was, I had them go out to clean some carpets in a home. They called me back and said they can clean it if I wanted, but the carpets were really bad and it should just be replaced. They were really going above and beyond, and being realistic. This was a property that was owned by a bank and they wanted it cleaned rather than replaced; so he did a nice job cleaning it. He was trying to talk himself out of the job, at the same time he continued to do the job that we had asked him to do; so it was all good.

Very professional, thorough, punctual.

It is a good product and he did an excellent job. He knew what he was doing, he was very professional, and he was clean and helpful. I plan on using him again because I really liked him.

estimate and cleaning went very smoothly. Owner/operator did estimate and performed services. Great attitude. Offered suggests for maintenance and in-between cleaning, suggested time frame for return professional cleaning.

I was amazed by their work! Six cats, two very sick, and one stressed and spraying everying in sight, had turned my beige cartpet into a disaster area. I was expecting to be told to just replace the carpet--they got it clean. No spot!s No order!.

Called. They answered. Scheduled. They showed up. Carpet got clean. Talked to Dennis in driveway for a bit. They left.

Dennis exceeded our expectations! Wow! And he is honest, professional and cordial. With four dogs, three cats and a husband, did we ever need a miracle for our off-white seven year old carpets (3 bedrooms). I am preparing for several months of medical treatments and I needed this done beforehand. Of course, I waited until the last minute. After reading several reviews of various companies on Angie's List, I called Dennis on Friday. He was able to fit me into his schedule on Monday. Definite plus! He was right on time, took a look at the three rooms, and then asked us what our expectations were. He then gave us his advice on how to proceed and told us how much it would cost. When you meet Dennis, you will know what I mean when I say he is an upstanding guy. Of course we had him do the work. Well, what an amazing transformation. I could not be more pleased. And after he completed the work, he gave us a "cheat sheet" on how to clean up various stains and spills, with "recipes" for various solutions. I will be seeing Dennis in six months. Thank you!

M carpet is 17 years old and was off white when new. I told Dennis all I wanted was improvement; I knew the carpet would not look new. Dennis arrived on time and we went over the areas I wanted cleaned. I left my home for work and within 3 hours I had a call from Dennis that the carpet was done. He worked extra h****** the really dirty spots and left information for stain removal for the future. I was impressed with the outcome, while not new, the carpet does not look 17 years old. Dennis did a great job. I would use him again.

Dennis explained everything ahead of time so my expectations of what he could do with some of the carpet stains was set low. He managed to exceed my expectations and the quality of the cleaning is great! It took longer to dry than he had estimated, probably because the weather is gray, slightly humid and maybe 70 at best. It was not an issue for us, I just let it dry overnight and in the morning it was dry. I will definitely call Dennis again (although probably not twice a year as he recommends.)

Dennis is the best. Friendly, personable, and a perfectionist. He's cleaned our carpets several times over the past couple years and it's always fun to have him around. Our house is only 6 years old but with 2 cats and a baby, Dennis keeps them as clean as the day we moved in. Not only does run a great business he's just a good person. I highly recommend A+ Carpet Care.

Not much to tell. It all went according to plan, with two small questions. 1. There is another company in the area, A+Carpet Cleaning, that had discount coupons in the latest Angies magazine. The names are so similar we clipped their coupon, only to discover it was the wrong company. Since we had used A+Carpet Care previously, we stuck with him. 2. Dennis, at A+Carpet Care said that he can accept one of his discount coupons only once. We used one last year so this year's price was full. Is that accurate...that discount coupons can be used only once? I have not seen such language printed on the coupons in the magazine. This should be clarified with all those offering coupons.

Dennis Walker is very good and is extremely honest. What stood out to me about him were his honesty and integrity. He was totally upfront with me about what was needed to be done or could be done. He looked at the carpets, came back to me and suggested that the carpets should actually be replaced. He could have just cleaned the carpets and not said anything, but he was honest enough to tell me ahead of time what kind of condition the carpets were really in. I appreciated that. I would rate him highly, and I plan to use him again in the future.

It is always a pleasure to get my carpets cleaned by Dennis- something I look forward to each time. He provides the best customer service, and is an all around great person!

It went perfectly. Dennis was there on time, walked through the house with me, gave me a price to do the job, and then did it. The whole thing was done before I knew it. The carpet was beautiful when he finished. I was so pleased with Dennis and his work, I hired him to come back the following week to steam-clean the carpets in my car. The dog smell is gone and the car is again a pleasure to drive.

Overall it went great. The results were better than I dared hope for and they performed at very high professional level. I would use them again and have already recommended them to a friend.

He arrived and was very nice, talked with us about our options and made suggestions. He gave us the pricing ahead of time so we could make a good decision based on our needs and our budget. Overall he did a great job.

I have never been so pleased with carpet cleaners before. He not only did an excellent job, but the professionalism and courtesy demonstrated were superb and genuinely appreciated. I recommend Dennis to anyone looking for great skills and perfect customer service.

It was fabulous! They were on time, careful with guards on the stair railings, very clean, and thorough. They cleaned an additional area as they noticed a spot. They're the best I've had.

Service was outstanding. We actually had received the quote from Dennis over a year ago, but then had other things come up and didn't get around to doing this until this year. Dennis came back out, honored our original quote (even though his prices had gone up a bit), did an excellent job getting out stains that I thought were in the carpet for life, and was fast and efficient. Overall, his service was outstanding and I would recommend him again in a heartbeat. Fantastic work!! Thank you!!

Dennis did a great job. Prompt, professional, quick and helpful beyond a simple cleaning. He took me through every room, discussed every spot, discoloration and care options. Then when finished he repeated the process. It was clearly his goal to make the entire experience exceptional - and he did.

Dennis is extremely personable and knowledgeable about his business. I am disabled, and Dennis kindly moved heavy things around for me.

Excellent experience. The owner, Dennis, responded quickly to my phone call and scheduled an appointment within the week. He came to my house and cleaned the sofa without any problems. He showed up on time and was friendly, courteous and knowlegeable. He was concerned that the "liquid" may have soaked into the cushion and warned me in advance that a second treatment might be necessary. He was right that the odor didn't go away 100% immediately, but it was significantly better and disappeared over the following week. The sofa looks squeaky clean and fresh now. I really appreciate that he told me that the Scotch Guard on my sofa was very good and wouldn't need to be replace for a couple of years. Hooray for honest service providers like Dennis who don't try to sell extras I don't need! I'll definitely call him when it needs replacing and anytime that I need my rugs or upholstery cleaned.
