+ -1 moreHe was on time, really attentive to cleanliness, and just a nice guy to interact with. He checked two fireplaces and a stove, determined that the chimneys did not need cleaned and spent some time explaining about our rather unique fireplace. His bill was exactly what he said it would be.
Description of Work: He checked two fireplaces and a wood stove to make sure they were in working order and checked the chimneys.

Description of Work: Hired to clean & inspect chimney for our rental house. Determined that chimney did not need cleaning. Cleaned chimney cap and tested draft and only charged us for those services. He met with our tenants, so we didn't meet with him personally.

+ -1 moreWent very well, Fred had to make a return visit to install furnace venting do to lack of information on extent on damage and sizing. Had all the tools required and did the work in a professional manner.
Description of Work: Cleaned Chimney flue, 2 fire places, 1 furnace. Installed 24"x 78" chimney cap- stainless steel. Repaired furnace flue outlet piping and installed slip joint and 6"x8" increaser.
