They were fine. They were responsive and punctual. The price was good and they took care of the problem. I had no problem with them at all. It was a very minor encounter. I would use them again.

I've been with them for a year now. I'm on a program with them and its $500 for a year. If I ever have any problem in between the time that they come out with any pest inside or outside, I just have to call them up and they'll come out right then. I've not had one bad experience with them yet. I've dealt with their administrator, their office person as well as their sales people and the guys that actually come out and do the work and all of them have been extremely nice and professional. I've never had any issues at all. They haven't sprayed inside yet as I haven't needed them to. They spray outside the house and then there's also a little box type of things that catch bugs or rodents that they place around the house and even under the house as well. I don't know if they've done termite control for me. I bought this house a year ago and the person before has had a plan through them so they set met up to renew. I could renew and they kind of grandfathered the pricing and the price is what the older owner would have had to pay.

I pay them only once a year in the fall. I have been using them for a number of years now. I don't remember who recommended them, it was over 10 years ago. I did have some problem with the people not coming out, when they said they would come out. I really don't have any comparison for the price. The quality is fine. They got rid of the ants and they haven't come back. They keep in touch because I would know when the time for them to show up. They are professional.

They do what they say they are going to do. They do it seemingly well. We are visited on a regular basis. Their treatments have been effective. We had mice in the kitchen, and we don't have them anymore.

I have used them for years. I had a big rat. They came out and put rat bait stations all around and killed the rat. If you have one, you have more and I didn't want them in my house. It has kept the rat problem under control. When the rat bait stations are empty, I might see one.

I called them back. I was not real pleased. Even after I had somebody come back, I was seeing winged carpenter ants. They said those were not the kind I should be worried about. After that, I kept seeing ants. I was disappointed in being told that seeing ants with wings on them was not a problem.

They have done fine so far. I like their price and they are fairly fast in response when you call them.

We have been dealing with them for years and they are very good. I feel like it was expensive but we have been keeping up with them. They are very good about meeting and accommodating and everything else. The office is easy to deal with. The people who come out here for treatment are easy to deal with. They are accommodating. They will come back at another time if you want the inside of your house done. They come out on a regular basis. I can't remember if it is every three months or whatever. If you need them in between, they are also willing to come out if you are having a problem.

We have interaction with them all the time. They’re good. We pay them yearly fees and so we don’t pay when they come each time. They come out without being called about four times a year. They are very friendly and they are good. If we call, they come out immediately. I guess their price is fine. I pay the yearly fees whether I use them or not. I don’t know how to compare their prices. Their quality of work is good. We’ve been working with them for twelve years. We will use their services again in the future.

We have been using them for probably seventeen years now. They have been really good and their rates are good. We are on a contract with them. If ever there is any problem, they come and help us. I don’t know how to rate them on price because I have no comparisons. We would continue to use them in the future.

We have them out yearly and they’ve been doing our property for many years. They come out several times a year and spray without us having to call them to do so. If we have a problem, they are out within a week. They’ll be out again tomorrow because we saw a big ant or two on the property; so we scheduled and they would be right out. They are wonderful people and they do a great job. Years ago we discovered some carpenter ants and we some beetles that were eating away down below; so they went under and all over and took care of that problem. They come back every year and take care of it. They are not cheap though.

It is an annual service and they will come as many times as possible to get rid of the ants. They have been out three times so far. They did the initial spray and then they have come two additional times. They have been very responsive to follow up calls. When they initially came out they were on time and did what they said they were going to do. Part of the $500 service is that I can have them out as many times as possible if I see an ongoing infestation of whatever I have. It hasn't been an issue as far as them responding to our phone calls and coming to respray to remove the ants. They have been responsive and have come out but we are still dealing with the ant problem. I don't know how their price compares to other companies.

They never followed up to make the appointment.

We had piles of bugs at the bottom of the siding in one particular wall and one other wall. We had to tear off those walls but the other wall is still here and there are no ants in it. We haven?t been seeing any problems with the ants. They offered to add spider control for an additional $145 but we chose against that for now. I think they renewed for $250, and he said that that was half of the initial cost because they don?t have to go around and drill the holes all over again. They just do the perimeter and come back and double-check. He also gave me good advice on how to choose good house paint because he had recently painted his house. I would rate them highly.

I pay a small amount every year for preventive measures and they do a pretty good job. We have been satisfied with them overall.

They are really easy to use. They will come out any time we have a problem. They have been willing to do extra spraying on our second house. They have gone out of their way to service us.

Any time in the first year after their service, if we see anything they will come out and take care of it. The man who came out spent 2 hours going over the foundation, under the house, under sinks, in interior walls etc. He very nice and explained everything he did and I would recommend them to others.

I thought that the technician that they sent was personable and knowledgeable. I like that he took the time to explain things to me. I know that there was another company in the area treating our neighborhood and they were charging more money for the same treatment.

They were in and out in 20 minutes they did not treat the eves or the attic as we were told would happen.

They came out three separate times to make sure the problem was completely taken care of. The price was, perhaps, a bit high, but they did a good job.

Matt, Operations Manager, was courteous, on time and very thorough during his inspection to provide the free estimate. Paul, the technician who performed the work, was very knowledgeable, polite, and conscientious. The estimate was higher than the one we got from another company, but the treatment was much more extensive and thorough, focusing on killing the ants not just excluding them from inside the house. The Killers treated our home in 1988 and this is the first time we've had to treat it since then.

VERY HAPPY. I BELIEVE THE PRICING WAS VERY FAIR. I ALWAYS GET A LIVE PERSON WHEN I CALL, AND VERY PROMPT SERVICE. MR. WEST WAS VERY THOROUGH, VERY KIND AND INFORMATIVE ABOUT WHY SOMETHING WAS DONE, HOW IT WORKED, ETC. I WOULD MOST WHOLEHEARTEDLY RECOMMEND THEM, AND MR. WEST WAS A REAL PROFESSIONAL, VERY DEDICATED, THOROUGH, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND PUT MY MIND COMPLETELY AT EASE THAT THE PROBLEM WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF. I HAVE NO WORRIES. I CAN COUNT ON THEM. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IF THE NEED EVER AROSE.

THEYVE BEEN FINE. IT SEEMS TO BE WORKING. WE HAVE A FAIRLY NEW HOUSE SO WE ARE TRYING TO KEEP FROM HAVING PROBLEMS IN THE FUTURE. WE HAVE BEEN SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. THE PRICE SEEMS TO BE PRETTY COMPARABLE.

THEY ARE FRIENDLY AND THEY SEEM TO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. IF WE HAVE PROBLEMS AGAIN WE WOULD CALL THEM BACK. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHER PEOPLE. YOU ARENT GETTING A DIFFERENT PERSON EVERY TIME. ITS THE SAME PERSON COME BACK FOR INSPECTIONS.
