I received three bids, all of which were comparable. I went with Sunshine Painting, and it was a great experience. Paul came out within a few days to give me a bid. Once I called and made the deposit, we scheduled the job for a week or two later. Paul actually called to tell me that they were going to start a few days early, and the job was done before the original start date. They were thorough and detailed, and they cleaned up each day. I provided almost no oversight, and the job was done with no problems. They also happily coordinated with the installation of a new garage door, even though it added some time to the job because the installation happened in the middle of painting. I'd definitely use Sunshine Painting again.

Received bid on my house from Sunshine Painting. Were responsive when I called and thorough in explaining work that needed to be done. Their bid was a little more than others received, but still competitive. It took a bit longer to get the bid than with others (a week as opposed to a couple days).

They gave me a bid for painted the interior of my garage in March before we had the drywall on. They gave me the bid when they did the bid for the exterior painting. We just got the drywall on and I told them that I wanted to accept their bid and wanted them to paint the interior of my garage. The contract said that there would be a 10% increase if not accepted in 30 days. We accepted that. They wanted to come out and reevaluate it anyway. They would not honor their previous bid and changed the bid to a much higher price. I have hired someone else to do the job because of their business practices. Not happy with this company.

Paul was quick to come and give us a free estimate. We found out during his visit that part of the houses siding was going to need to be replaced due to dry rot. Because of this we did get a second estimate where they confirmed the siding did need to be replace however this other company came in with an estimate $1000 higher then Paul's and the reviews on this company were mixed. Sunshine painting gave us plenty of time to pick out a color that we wanted and even extended the time frame for us when we were having a hard time making up our mind. When it came to doing the work the crew was very friendly and professional. Every night they left the work area extremely clean and were very accommodating when we made special requests about where to leave the old siding while working. When the painting was done we were shocked to see how great of a job they really did. Nothing with our house has gone smoothly up until now so we were very hesitant on how this whole process would go. I would hands down refer Paul and his company to anyone needing the exterior of their house painted and or siding replacement before hand.

They were on time and worked hard. They did an excellent job. They were careful managing the lead paint removal.

The folks that did the painting were very accommodating. They took all the precautions to protect our property and our close neighbors as well. The painters were very skilled at the work they did. We would reccomend them very highly.

Paul and his team were great. They were very punctual and professional. They were concerned at all times for the quality of their work and were quick to touch up any spots we wanted at the end of the job. Any issue was quickly and professionally handled by Paul and his wife. I would definitely hire them again and have given their number to several of my friends. Our neighbors are extremely pleased with how beautiful our home looks. Thanks Paul!

Superb painting company. Did not use college students for painters, but experienced painters. The attention to detail and finish was outstanding. The painters checked with me continually about questions, areas, and other things that came up. Work went according schedule. They also worked with me in getting the 4-unit apartment complex painted with tenants living in the units. Worked very diligently to minimize the disruption to the tenants. The finished job at both places is just fantastic. I will use this company again when needing painting.

They did great job and were very professional. The estimate was right on target.

Sunshine painting exceeded our expectations. The owner Paul is a pleasure to work with along with his team of painters. Paul gave us a detailed estimate for the work at the beginning. The painters worked with us on details of the project and they also had good recommendations that were discussed as far as trim and the porch. The painters were very detailed and took their time with the prep work. We are very pleased with how the house looks, Paul's follow up has been great, and would recommend them to friends and will use them again in the future.

The workers were careful and effective. They did a nice job, and had courteous conduct.

I am very happy with the professional service I received from Sunshine Painting. Paul Eang, the owner, kept me informed on progress and worked with me on a few additional items I needed to add to his original bid. The painters themselves were clearly competent and communicated issues and asked questions as needed.

The bid I received from Sunshine Painting was very competitive. Paul was very cordial and knowledgeable. In some ways I regret that he did not do my work this time. I look forward to considering him again for work in the future and hope we have to opportunity to work together.

They were very professional. Paul, the owner, was very prompt when he came out to give us the estimate. He had his paperwork ready showing his licensure and references. He measured everything and spoke with us in detail about what we did and did not want done. We never felt rushed by him. We got a very good quote a couple of days later. We had gotten two quotes from other contractors. His quote was extremely competitive. Because of his quote and his personal style, we decided to use him. He gave us an estimated date for starting. His workers were very meticulous with our plants and they was no over spray anywhere. They did their job and took care of our property very well.

Although we decided to go with another painter due to the idiosyncrasies of our house, Sunshine provided a very professional and detailed report on their proposal. They were very personable and responsive to all follow-up questions. Their estimate was extremely economical and they should be contacted by others for a bid.

This is the 2nd home Sunshine has painted for us. Paul and his crew are punctual and professional, and very willing to correct any problems. We will likely be hiring them for complete interior painting within a couple of years.

I didn't use them. They came out a couple of years ago. They came out, showed up on time, and they did a nice estimate. I ended up just doing the work myself. The guy showed up on time and it was pretty complete, but when he wanted $10000.00 to do the job, I decided I would do it myself.

We ended up going with another company. Their price was higher than our expected range. They came for the estimate on time.

We were very pleased with them. They had to actually get it in while the weather was turning, and they had rig up some extensive tarps and work underneath. They really did a great job and we were very happy with them. The clean up was great.

One of four bidders on a 3 part painting job. Very professional and easy to work with - but apparently at a price. They were, by almost $1500, the highest bidder for all the work on a job that was awarded at $4250.

They were great and did a wonderful job. They cleaned the windows that were really high up. If I need pressure washing done again, I will surely call them.

Paul said he would make our house look beautiful and he did. His crews led by Reuben and Manager Darren were excellent, concientous workers who always asked we homeowners when they were unsure of our wants. Our home has been transformed from shabby to a show house in the neighborhood--three period colors, high quality outcome.
