I was very pleased with the service and work provided that involved clearing vegetation and pruning shrubs in a section of my yard. They were reliable and did a great job at a fair price, and I plan to use again for future yard maintenance needs.

First they forgot about our initial appointment, then they did not show up for the work scheduled a week later. I called and they said they were going to come at 3 pm yesterday. Nobody showed. Guy I talked to is Luis. What a way to run a business! Absolutely no responsibility and accountability. Not even a phone call to say they cancelled.

It went very well, they arrived and did a great job. I did notice they missed a spot of morning glory but when I let them know they came out and removed it. Good communication and I would hire them again.

Luis and team were great to work with. Luis, responded within 24 hours of my initial request and was able to meet me at my house soon after to discuss what we were looking to do. Luis and his team went above and beyond by helping us take out the top of our chimney stack. While it's not what they usually do, they did an awesome job and took care of us and the house. Really nice guys would hire them again, especially when it comes time to do some landscaping.

This could have turned into a weekly maintenance for this company. Now it will be nothing. Agreed to meet at a specified time. Whoever was sent drove up the house turned around and sped off. No call. No email or text. I've been injured and can't do my yardwork for a while. I was prepared to have a weekly program setup to get my yard back into shape. When the company does not even call, text or email to cancel the appointment or show up and talk, they are not worth even an F. This was absolutely disrespectful and unacceptable. If you're okay with this type of treatment from a company who wants your hard earned dollars but doesn't want to talk with you, pass them by, they are not worth it.

Luis and his crew were a pleasure to work with. He responded to my original message within hours. He was able to come quote the job within the week and performed the yard service the very next week. The cleanup was impeccable and we are very pleased. Would definitely recommend.

Met with Luis and began lawn care service at our new residence. Very pleased with his knowledge, attention to detail, and the work we've had done.

Luis / Sunrise is great to work with. We have now utilized Sunrise for approximately 6 months. They are on time every month and continue to do an incredible job keeping out yard looking great.

The work was done relatively well. However, it was only 90 to 95% completed. In their defense, I was afforded the opportunity to have someone come complete the work. Additionally, Luis was very nice about this matter within our email correspondence. However, the caveat was that I would have to tour my property with them and point out the neglected bits. As I've had this work successfully completed by others who did not require my assistance, I declined his kind offer. While I understand that most folks would have simply pointed out the remaining problem areas, I'm not most folks (as my wife can readily attest). This issue aside, they would have received an A-grade across the board.

Quality of work performed was outstanding. The work completed was exactly as agreed with Luis, and precisely as promised. Work done was trimming of extremely overgrown bushes and trees, clean-up of yard and power-washing to remove moss. Will hire again and recommend without hesitation.

Very well. Was very impressed with the way the trio worked together, and the steadiness with which they worked. There was no standing around talking, smoking etc. They came, went right to work. Worked steady for 4hr, finished the job and left.. I will hire them to come back and demoss the roof, next month.

Our hedge had become overgrown and needed to be dramatically cut back. Luis evened out areas that had been uneven for years and cut the top perfectly. We could not be happier with the way our hedge looks. They also carried a lot of debris and limbs from a back yard that is 20' below the upper yard. Luis, his wife and another employee removed everything we asked them to, cleaned up afterward and hauled all yard debris to a recycler. We will be having them back soon. If we could have given them an A+++++ rating on this site, we would have. We are so grateful.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Luis came to guve a quote that was reasonable. He was super nice and knowledgeable. Luis and his wife were on the dot punctual, they worked non stop until the job was done. They edged, pressure washed the driveway and curb, raked the leaves and trimmed all the overgrown in our back yard. It's amazing how much the details made such a difference. My kids were so impressed, they started rolling around in the grass...which they haven't done for years! We have signed up for bimonthly maintenance with Luis, now. Can't wait to have neighbors ask who we use!
