 + -1 moreIt is probably an understatement to say that our septic project was a much bigger and more difficult project than we anticipated. Due to county requirements and delays, the project cost more and took longer than expected. But the trust we invested in Cory Calhoun of Quality Septic and Excavation was in our estimation well repaid in the quality of his work. We appreciate his good communication, skillful excavation, and especially, his perseverance in negotiating the challenges of a compact lot, sophisticated equipment (including a county-required "level-2" treatment unit) and capricious county inspectors. And he finished so well! In the end, his above-and-beyond help with landscape restoration under the pressure of our looming real estate deal was especially generous and appreciated. (I couldn't have moved all those boulders without his help!) And the finished project is beautiful!--so well-graded and restored after the chaos of the new system excavation and installation. Cory lives up to the name of his company!
Description of Work: Our existing septic tank was only a few years old, but the associated drainfield was failing and required replacement. Due to a small lot, our options were limited; but rather than a huge and unsightly bottomless sand filter, we opted for a less obtrusive (but expensive) treatment unit and pumps along with the needed replaced drainfield. Cory was very helpful in explaining complex options and costs.

 + -1 moreI was very happy with the price. just so happy with everything very professional. he came with an idea to drain the water from the house. used a drain system. the job was on time on budget and better than what is expected.

 + -1 moreThey were very thorough, and the price is fair. I am totally satisfied with the service; they have great attention to detail. They cleaned up was perfect and i am very happy. They arrived on time and did a very satisfactory job.
Description of Work: They did excavate the exposed pipe and replaced it new pipe. They also repaired inlet baffle to our septic tank and cleaned the total lines, Also inspected our drain field

 + -1 moreIt went wonderfully. Very studious and very polite to the point that he got everything on time. Very knowledgeable.
Description of Work: He located and dug up a water leak and fixed that. There was another time he came over to fix a water leak that is leaking in the basement. Last one he did was dug a trench from the house to the street to put in a drain pipe for the gutter downspout.

Description of Work: Our pipe breaks and they had to excavate it to the basement because the pipe works underground.

 + -1 moreQuality Septic and Excavation has installed a new dry well for one of my gutter drains that was clogged, they did awesome work that you couldn't even tell where it was done. They also dug out an old walkway in front of the house and prepared the site for a new one which also looks great.
