+ -1 moreThe first time I attempted to get a quote from Pro1Movers, they responded with an email, only they had someone else's name in the body of the email and an incorrect date (July instead of May). They did not respond to my email questioning the information. I attempted another time because of the Groupon I had paid for. This time, I did receive both an email and phone call. We discussed the move and I was sent a confirmation email (still didn't get my name correct but it was close) with the date and time of the move. The day arrived. I did not receive a phone call and the movers did not arrive during the arranged window period. I tried calling the number and it went to voicemail. I also sent an email. To date, I still have not heard from them. Beware if you hire them.
Description of Work: They were scheduled to move my household belongings from my house to an apartment. This was a Groupon special.
