Showed up on time. Measured the room and got a good quote and then went ahead and cleaned about 250sf of carpet in a short amount of time. Good job.

We have had our carpets cleaned by other companies over the years but the attention to detail and work done by Pacific Steam Carpeting is in a class of its own. We will defintely use this company again and highly recommend their services to others.

Exceedingly thorough job performance. While the price was a little more than we typically have paid for such services, they most definitely earned it.

Pacific Steam was very responsive and able to come within a few days. We were debating whether to replace ~800 sq ft of carpet in a basement or have it cleaned. So glad we chose Pacific Steam! We were shocked how well the carpet was cleaned, including stains which were probably close to 30 years old. It looks like a whole new carpet, for a 10th the price.

I called Nick and left a message. He called me back within a hour and got me scheduled within 4 days. He quoted me over the phone based on my square footage, it was nice doing it this way as I am a busy mom, running my own business as well. So I did not have to take time to meet someone twice. The day of service came and we had a time frame. Andrew had been running a little behind but he text me every step of the way. We met briefly, I paid, and they did their job. It was beautiful and exactly what I was told to expect. Start to finish a very professional company to work with, and their work was thorough, efficient while staying friendly the entire time. I will be hiring them again for all my carpet cleaning needs. : ) Thanks Guys!!

They did a great job. The carpets look good. They got out a stain that other cleaners were unable to get out. Would highly recommend!

The technician showed up on time and did a thorough cleaning. I liked that he took the time to dry off the hardwood floor where the steam went over the area of the rug. I thought the price was very reasonable.

After being two hours late and not notifying me, all went well. Would strongly urge being on top of notification for being late.

They arrived on time and professionally and ably cleaned all the carpets. This included some spots from coffee spills and difficult areas on area rugs under tables. It was an Angie's List special and a real bargain!

We are delighted to find a rug cleaning business that does not leave a scent, as my husband is highly allergic to many chemicals including perfume. They were careful of our belongings and very professional. They were trustworthy and pleasant to work with. We felt very secure and are very happy we chose them. And my husband didn't have any bad reactions! A+

Andrew and his helper, I don't remember his name, did an outstanding job. They were punctual, courteous , professional and hard workers. This is the first time I've had profesional carpet cleaners. I will use them again. This is much easier and better than doing it myself!

Perfect! I used Pacific Steam Carpet Cleaning because of the reputation and feedback on Angie's List. I expected the best service and that's exactly what I received. The two young gentlemen that perform the cleaning were professional, well groomed, polite and attentive to detail. They arrived when scheduled and began sizing up the area's to be cleaned. They explained what would be done and answered my questions thoroughly. They both were knowledgeable about their products and service and obviously have been well trained by the company owner. Our home has two dogs and two cats, all of which have free roaming ability to come in and out at will. At last, my wife says that the house smells clean :-) I will use this company again!

They did an excellent job and our carpets looks brand new. The only very minor thing that bothered me was they put our house slippers on our bed.

I was thrilled to see how clean the family room carpet was when he finished; the other rooms were immaculate. His associate, Andrew, vacuumed areas to be cleaned first...the truck mounted steam cleaning is exactly what I wanted. All finished areas looked virtually new. I applaud Nick's professionalism, efficiency, quality of service and prompt arrival. I will definitely be using Pacific Steam in the future and will refer family/friends to him. His rate is affordable and the service is superb. I appreciated his attention to detail and use of cleaning products geared to the more difficult stains. He brought in fans to aid the drying process; carpets will be dry within 4-6 hours. There is no 'cleaning' odor. I could not be happier with the result!

The carpets are clean and fresh and my experience was very good.

The carpets were cleaned well and I was pleased with how everything looked when dry. However, it took two full days for the carpet to dry. The carpet was much wetter than we were told it would be. In the end, it wasn't a huge deal.
